All they care about is getting their shift over. They need faster people on the cranes to unload trucks. I dont know what. But something needs to change in west point

Slow do not care about trucks even only truck 1 am be under crane for 20-30 min.like chip pile will run out before truck is unloaded bite off truck play in pile (longer than when no truck is there, I have timed on draw bridge)
