Absolutely the rudest staff, ridiculous hours, delays of packages, and rules that aren’t consistent. Our packages say “ready for pick up” on USPS tracking yet they can’t find them. We get different explanations for policies from each employee. If we weren’t forced to have a P.O. Box because they don’t deliver mail to a large portion of the town (isn’t that the postal service’s reason for existing?!); I would drive 20-30 mins to go to any other post office but this one. It is really that awful!!

Worthless post office with worthless employees who can't, and don't want to do their job. If you can't handle looking through bin with some packages to find my package because it's too much work for you then you should find another job.

Depends on the worker as to whether you can get good service. If you are getting a large package you may be yelled at, and if they have to use a dolly to move it then they say you have to get someone else to get it.

Obstructionist, domineering, rude staff. My expectations of USPS are low to begin with, and I fully recognize the challenges of working with the public. These folks are great at telling what they can't do and doing so in a manner to make patrons feel stupid. Horrible at informing you what they can do. Other nearby post offices are better; it's just this courthouse location.

Was told my package was checked in but they couldn't take the time out today to look for it, even after explaining my packages always are returned because the mail drivers won't drive up my driveway, wish there was a zero star choice

The staff is way too small for this location. Takes 30 min just to get up to the front of the line.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The service is absolutely awful. Clearly they are unhappy at their job so they decide to take it out on customers.. I work with people every single day if you can’t be nice then you shouldn’t work with the public! All I asked was to get my package since they never give me a key for the big boxes because apparently have to have multiple packages a week makes no since. But I let that go it was the lady I’ve had every single time she was so rude I couldn’t believe it!! Do better

My sister paid for expedited shipping I saw on the app it arrived to their facility the next day and it's been saying out for delivery for 3 days I called 3 times before getting and answer got hung up on and have called 6 times since and still haven't gotten an answer!

Terrible customer service. Jessica is extremely rude and condescending. Go to fedex or UPS. If you have to go to USPS pick a different location or wait longer for a different clerk. Some people are not meant for customer service - Jessica needs to find a new gig. Disappointment.

So, why would USPS say it's hiring, when its not? I did my fingerprints over 3 months ago & still nothing. If it takes 4 weeks max to get back results, then where do we go from here? If your going to waste my time,I need to be compensated for that. To have the audacity to say "we're hiring", then what? Have a potential hire wait past the allotted time? Either you need people or you don't. This should be considered "FALSE ADVERTISING".

Great customer service. Had to ask Postmaster for help w Every Door Direct Mail. Had gone to 2 other offices and the PM had no knowledge. This PM was very helpful and provided me w samples and her email to assist further.
