1118 B Seaton Lane Building B, West PointWe have been taking our two extremely high energy, somewhat reactive Australian Shepherds to KW Pet Resort for about two years. Always a pleasant experience. We had the younger, friendlier female groomed a few months back, and it came out great. Aussies need particular grooming because they have double coats. Anyway, last week we left the 2 of them there while we were on vacation and decided to try to have the older, more aggressive and reactive male groomed. We let them know that if it wasn't going well, they could give up. Let me tell you, my guy came out looking and smelling fantastic, and he is just so happy and playful! He's like a puppy all over again. I really think even his behavior has improved. I think his sister is jealous. We are definitely very happy customers!
