I absolutely love Modrs! They’re my go-to for gas and oil changes, but they’ve also handled tire patches and spark plugs for me. The staff is always so friendly and genuinely pleasant to be around. It’s a great place not only for reliable service but also for the happy faces of the staff.

This is truly a mom and pop shop that care about their customers and people that need help! I was doing a job down the road as a mobile mechanic from Norfolk VA, one of the bolts snapped off for the thermostat housing and no questions asked they jumped in to help me, gave me water, asked to make sure I had ate! Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the West Point and surrounding areas!

Currently over seas in Israel on some secret squirrel stuff. lol. My car needed new tires put on and an oil change. Things I normally handle, but my girlfriend has my car as a second vehicle if needed and I called Modr's and talked to a wonderful lady Maddi. She was extremely helpful and polite. The owner should be very proud to have such a person representing their company. They knocked it out quickly and couldn't be more pleased with the entire transaction and service. Being out of country and having to rely on a business when something goes wrong is hard enough and even harder to find someone honest these days. I will definitely use them again whenever possible. My older vehicles need care sometimes. Modr's can handle about anything. Sometimes cost more than I like, but they back their work. You won't pay for the same thing twice is my experience.

Big shout out to the Mod'rs team for a one day turn around on repairing my truck. When there is something I don't have time to do myself or is above my skill set they are my go to shop. Thanks again for a great job and fast turnover.

Heard good things about this shop so I gave them a try last summer. Dropped my SUV off to get a new (used) car checkup and some estimates done (AC work and door lock repair), after having it for 2-3 weeks I pick it up and the entire 10 minute drive home is filled with shaking like something was misaligned and a loud metal on metal grinding noise. Took it out twice after that and it only got worse but i couldnt pinpoint where the noise was coming from, so i haven't driven that vehicle since last June. I don't even like getting gas at this shop from that experience.

Daniel just dropped off our car, a trip from West Point into Gloucester. Very professional young man who kept a clean truck and made sure our car was loaded and secured with great care. My wife and I appreciate Modr coming to our rescue.

I've had these guys replace a clutch and a turbo on my car, and I'll continue to use them for any automotive needs. They have great customer service, fast turn around time and offer good prices especially with today's economy. They will also warranty their work.

This place is a relic of the past where you are seen as a real human being and not just a wallet. Words cannot express how genuine and caring this shop is. I have lived in town for over 15 years and had never step foot inside until today and let me tell you, I was blown away. My issue was minor, but pertinent nonetheless, and they genuinely heard me and understood how important it was for my vehicle to be back in my hands as quickly as possible and made it happen.
