I usually prepare my own taxes but have had some complicated financial circumstances in the last couple years so I turned to H&R Block. At first I thought their fees were high until I compared to other tax accounting offices in the area. They have locations everywhere and I've found them to be readily available. All that is to preface that I want to give Vicki Bumbar at the office in West Point, VA an excellent review. She helped me with what I'm hoping was the last filing I won't be doing on my own. She was thorough, communicative and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Vicki, best to you!

We did not end up getting our taxes here but the lady who answered the phones on 4/18/22 was SO helpful. We were struggling to find somewhere to get taxes done while in visiting from overseas and she went above and beyond to help us find somewhere within driving distance. Would highly recommend as they clearly care about their prospective clients even if that means referring them to a different branch.
