When I called, I wasn't routed through a phone tree or put on hold for 5 minutes like another local bank. The service at this bank is outstanding. I set up a business account with Madison over the phone. I completed the paperwork with Mike M. Everyone was helpful and professional. This is top tier customer service.

Great experience with this bank. The employees are super friendly and customer focused! We had to get a paper notorized and they did it for free even though we don't actually bank there! Great public service for a small town like west point!
