“This is a nice place to store things and I feel comfortable that my unit is secure. Unauthorized people are not able to get inside because you are given a unique code to access the building once you rent a unit. You must bring your own lock for the unit. This is climate controlled storage. There are trolleys available to use to move your things and there are also restrooms available. Office staff is there during the day as well and the place is always clean. There are cameras inside, but it would be nice if they had a few more to cover every hallway, however, we have had our unit for over a year and have not had any issues. Whenever I call I don’t have any trouble speaking to a live representative and they are always so helpful.”

“I had a storage room for a few months that held half of my 2bdrm apt. I swore the rest of my belongings were going to fit. On a Sunday I found out that was not the case and I was able to get another room on short notice no hassle.That was awesome. I love 10 federal storage.”

“Excellent storage option. Various unit sizes. Secure, code entry gate, with cameras and real time monitoring. Unit was clean and well maintained. Owner/operator is very responsive, friendly and helpful. We used the free moving truck to get our items into storage. This is a great service. Will highly recommend this business to those I know.”

“As a former employee, Mini Mall's takeover of 24 Hr Self Storage in January 2023 ruined everything I held dear about this property (and the others). Through the years, I had put too much of myself into the former small business to continue to witness the treachery of Mini Mall's takeover. I was optimistic for new opportunities and improvement, but ended up disheartened by how the new owners do business. I am still proud of what I accomplished and proud of the positive reviews left prior to 2023.Nevertheless, Ashlee, Jamie, and area manager Andy are the best people you could chose to deal with. They'll do all they are able to make your experience the best they can. The maintenance associates keep the properties clean, well lit, and safe. There are unique codes to access the entry gate. Units are routinely treated with bug and rodent repellents. Break-ins are uncommon- usually domestic issues. This location is older, and has gravel instead of payment. Despite Mini Mall's internal culture being what it is, this is a secure place to store your things.”
