The owner of this place is the rudest individual I’ve ever met. And the experience I had at this place was awful. Equipment was dirty, workers were rude, but the rudest of them all was the owner. I’ll never be back and I’d highly suggest you don’t go in the first place.

Took my mom there about 3 months ago, not good. They had stuff piled all over the place. The chairs were shoved together with no room in between. Gotta say it was the worst pedicure ever.

10 stars for my girl juju that does nails there! Not only does she always kill the design, but she’s the best priced around and you get so much more than you do from other salons around here. If you’ve not checked her out I highly recommend you do! You will not be disappointed! I had an appt today with Missy at 4 for cut and color and she decides to go home! The other workers acted like they didn’t have her phone number to call her and let her know,Don’t waste your time going here! They all suck!

Had a balayage done here and it looks horrible and was done horribly it looks like I never had my hair redone it looks worse than it did before I went in to have it redone it has absolutely no tone and it has a very orange brassy color to it very very very disappointed with the job that was done on my hair will never go back!! They do not listen to their clients. they completely damaged my nails to the point that i have to regrow them and it is not a very sanitary place.

Izzy and Mandy are the best. Izzy does a great job on beards and hair cuts. Mandy has always been on time, patient, and she knows what she’s doing. She has done some miraculous things with my hair color and coloring those greys. Everybody at New Image is so friendly and the prices are good too.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody to have their nails done. I arrived 5 minutes early and was told to have a seat at her table. For the first 10 minutes she was on her phone texting. She then ask what I wanted done. I replied I needed a new set .She proceeded to drill the old polish and acrylic off. She then asked what color I wanted. She never even started to put a new set of nails on. I told her I wanted a bright coral for summer. One of her co workers brought over a couple of colors. When she finished fling she proceeded to start painting my nails with one of them. It was no where near what I wanted and i told her. She stopped and started looking thru all the bottles for a different color. After finding the right one she just started painting again over the top of the other polish. It had glitter in it so my nails have lumps of glitter under the other polish. The polish is really thin. You can see streaks in the polish and I've had to clean my fingers where she left polish on the sides of my fingers. The tech wasn't happy that I didn't like the color they chose and got in a big hurry trying to finish me when she had 2 show up for appointments at the same time and just wanted me to get out of her chair. I will never go back to her.Service: Acrylic nails
