Have had nothing but good experiences at this location...ESPECIALLY the Fried Chicken! I wish whoever does the chicken (and other cooking) at Gate City location could go do some training at Church Hill location (chicken ALWAYS overcooked and dry) and Fort Henry location (haven't tried the food here yet). Just moved close by Fort Henry rd. location, walked in to check out the food/deli and it all looked like a homeless soup kitchen.

This store is always clean and well kept inside and out. I have been craving "Ceviche"; which is normally only offered during summer months in the seafood department and only in the more Mexican populated neighborhoods. I asked the seafood manager, Richard, if he could make a small batch for me and I would purchase most if not all of it. This man went out of his way and made me and my family very happy. I purchased every bite of the Ceviche and I will never forget how Richard went out of his way to come in early to make me and my family feel important enough for him too do so. He deserves recognition for his efforts because he does things like this all the time! I wish I knew what too do to make it happen for him!!

Aways got good service at this store until this last sunday went in there and ordered a burger combo at the time only 2 people in line the man in front of me got his and i put my order in and after that this girl came from the back in a lite blue shirt and she was so rude they was a church group come in and i guess she got mad cuz she had to do a lil bit work she even told me that i didnt order a burger combo even with my recite ordered it at 108 and got it at 5 min till 2 will never go back there for anything i no i dont matter as much money that they make sorry it was so long but that lady was so rude

Breakfast was awesome the only complaint was no more deli coffee my elderly father refused to pay $4. For a cup of Starbucks I'm sure there's plenty of complaints over this from elderly

Been shopping here with my family for years. We spend over $1000 every month here, or well did anyway. Found out today that they no longer accept TN issued licenses to purchase alcohol. Also, the ongoing construction, expired food, and the management and staff have made this store very unpleasant to enjoy your shopping experience. We would highly recommend shopping anywhere else to save you the time and spare you the disappointment.

Bacon tasting sour after you cook to eat.Milk sour before out date. Only good thing at this FC is off brand loaf bread and off brand cracker.

Weber City, the mountain like area is filled with story making personalities and deep hues of green forestry. When coupled with the long history of being a mining area; the area smacks of true hillbilly flavor. Aside from the area, the store is about the only game in town. This means, everything from the condition of the store to the selection can be a bit of an experience one isn't always prepared for. Avoid the bakery and anything made by hand as there's a well known result of having the 'trots' after eating their food products. Buy name brand or known brand ( nationally recognized ) products whereby one will be better able to avoid the trip to the bathroom.Check you car before starting home; as the local boys seem to think putting things under the car tires is a way of selling their tires; ( odd, there's a number of used or new tire stores just a mile away ? ! )Otherwise.. it's the only game in the town and where else can you get hillbilly entertainment on every aisle ?Fore warned is fair warned.

other than nobody knowing where anything is it's literally a basic grocery store with poorly planned renovations happening, should someone get fired for how poorly planned renovations are going? definitely not only is it insulting to shoppers for construction to be happening during shopping hours when it's just as easy to do everything at night when it's closed (10-6) but it'd be more convenient and it really shows the blatant lack of genuine common sense that the management has at this location.

Over priced from a customer stand point and this store always smells like rotten fish not sure what’s the deal with that. And as far as employee stand point (my son works there) they just decide whenever they want to change up your schedule.

My wife and I went there so she could get the hot bar and there were noodles that looked old and over cooked the eggs were brown and I won't be back to use there hot bar in a long time
