Trying to find info online or web info about coin counting services for exchanging a large amount of coins cant find policies anywhere though i find policies come and go and change however they want…..along with fees and promises of incentives for opening an account…..

I think it’s ridiculous that you can’t be open on Saturday at least 9-12 . Have to drive all the way to Harrisonburg if need to do any banking . If they can work why can’t you . Most people work 9-5 during week saturdays is only day to go to bank if we need something resolved . I will be closing my account and switching to another bank

Not only was I lied to about a big deposit posting on the Dates which is why I cash my check at this branch. Now I don't have a manager to even deal with my issue. Customer service can't help me they can't help me so I guess who cares about me right?

Received a Refund cashiers check from Wells Fargo called them to verify a valid check before going to local branch to cash, was told there would not be any issues. That was not correct information, due to the check made out to hubby and myself it needed to have and/or on it if he wasn’t with me. It’s not like it was for any significant amount. I deal with another banking establishment and he has never been with me, this confirms why I won’t bank at Wells Fargo if this is how they handle such small details.

Needs ATM in 3rd lane. Absolutely ridiculous that you have to park and walk into the building for an ATM when there is an empty third lane in the Drive-Thru

Although the staff at this branch in particular have been very kind to me, I really do not care to bank with Wells Fargo anymore. Their policies are criminal and I hate talking to customer service on the phone because you're not only on hold for the majority of the time, but they also talk like robots and it is really a major turn off.
