I had the correct address. The customer service rep enters the zip and a nearby city appears instead of the correct city. I tell the rep and he says “the computer says this is the city and they share zip codes”. I tell him it’s wrong he replies that “the computer is never wrong” and he can’t change it anyway. Well, it’s been 2 days since the package was supposed to be delivered according to their computer and it still has not been delivered. Bush league customer service and bush league business.

This UPS location is great. Great employees to work with! They truly care about your products as well as the customer. If you have to make any UPS shipments, I highly recommend this store. Wonderful team there, awesome experience!
