Purchased a futon couch last August (which we love). The customer service regarding tips for putting it together, using it, purchasing a cover for it, extra hardware, etc. was so helpful. Just received a follow up homemade card thanking us for the purchase and to please contact the store with any questions. That is customer support you just don't often find. 5+ stars for Sleep On It!

Got a bed from here and was a nice fit for me. The customer service was helpful and made me feel comfortable and confident with my bed choice. Definitely recommend if you're looking for beds at a good price!

Wonderful buying experience. Ernie is a very knowledgeable, no high-pressure person who made the buying experience flawless. The selection is excellent; there is something there for everyone. Delivery was quick and professional.

Stopped in the waynesboro location and the two male associates wouldn’t wait on us so we left. Went to schewels furniture and made a mattress purchase there instead. Poor customer service at sleep on it

What a fantastic experience with "Sleep On It"! I needed a new firm mattress that was firm due having serious back problems and also due to being able to feel the springs starting to come thru in my old mattress. After a 2 weeks the new mattress that I purchased started sagging on both sides and felt like I was in a bowl. There was no support for my back. I contacted the store and the owner/manager came to my house and we both agreed it was within the warranty allowance so I didn't do anything at that time. 3 months later I contacted them again sending them a picture of the sag and it was over the warranty allowance. I also noticed that the name on the side of the mattress wasn't the one I thought I was getting so I also brought this to their attention. I went to the store to talk with the owner/manager and before I could say a word he said that he would replace my mattress at no extra cost as long as it didn't cost more than the mattress I was replacing. I picked out another mattress and it was about $300.00 more that the mattress I was replacing. I was ready to pay the difference but the owner/manager said because of my troubles he would split the cost of the $300.00. It's always great to deal with honest and trustworthy people and that he is! I would highly recommend their store!

The guys are friendly and knowledgeable about mattresses and I like that they are a local business. They stood behind a recent king size mattress that failed. The replacement is just what we wanted.
