Dishonest . Truck wouldn't start again. found out it's a fuse problem Ford is aware and has a repair kit. Fuse 27. Guy said relays get banged up and bounced around. No they don't .

R & M Automotive addressed a window leak that other auto shops had not been able to fix. They took the time and made special efforts to identify the source of the leak (a crack in the driver side window) and replaced the window in a timely fashion. They also provided a great recommendation of B & B Complete Car Cleaning, who took great care in cleaning up the interior. And the price of R & M’s work was very fair. I highly recommend R & M Automotive!

Wonderful family owned business. Very accommodating and kind. I was able to schedule an appointment and they took my vehicle in on time. Definitely will return and recommend them. As a disabled senior citizen I really appreciate their respect and professionalism.?

They were able to get us in for an appointment and we haven't had issues with our vehicle yet, but we did have explain what the issue was multiple times because the mechanic we talked to initial did not listen to us when we first explained. Other then that they got the job done and it was fairly priced.

Fair pricing. Good people. Quick service. I came in for an inspection and they informed me of the small work I needed done. They were very reasonable and competitive with their pricing for the labor. Caitlin(Katelyn?) at the desk was running back and forth, working on cars to keep the operation moving so customers didn’t have to wait as long. I’m new to Waynesboro, and will definitely be back at this garage for anything I need done to my vehicles.

I cannot express the gratitude toward R&M Towing. Shameful mom post:our older son accidentally locked the door of the car when our toddler was in the vehicle. Called the authorities who contacted R&M and they arrived within 10 minutes!!! Super nice gentleman and wouldn’t even take our money. Highly recommend!!! Talking about good local folks…THE BEST!!!Service: Car lockouts
