Kara went above and beyond to fit my friend in for a haircut. My friend was so pleased with the results. She is also happy that Kara's shop is easy for her to get her hair washed without difficulty. A happy customer indeed.

I made a appointment and forgot about it. The Salon was nice enough to call me and remind me I had a appointment. I apologize and told her there was no way I could make it. So she asked if I wanted to reschedule I said yes please so I reschedule for the next Thursday I was to busy to write it down so I forgot again no phone call this time from the salon so I want to apologize to the Hairdresser that I made the appointment with.

she is very nice. she colored my hair and redid the color and she did an awesome job. she even helped me find a conditioner to help with the color. I would definitely send people I know to her

we stopped in yesterday for cuts. myself and my daughter absolutely spur of moment. we are new to area dnt know a lot of ppl but these ladies welcomed us with open arms. it wasnt a big salon with stuffy people it was like goin to a friends house you've known forever! violet did an amazing job with our cuts. we will go back! it was such a relaxing atmosphere and felt very much like home. even the other customers in there were all laughing and talking. it was wonderful and welcoming. kara the lady tht owns it was also very nice and made us feel at ease. for the 1st time since we've moved up this way it felt like home. thanks ladies for not only wonderful cuts but for making us feel special and for being sooo kind to us!! we will see you guys again.

New in town, made an appointment for color and a haircut. Violet was very unpleasant to me, greeting me with “Are you the hair color?” It went down hill from there. She also reeked of cigarette smoke. I would not go back if this were the last pair of scissors in Virginia.
