Great shop with great prices. Really have found them to be honest, down-home, good guys.
The one critique I had a while back is that they weren’t too responsive letting me know about progress reports, but they got the job done!

I needed my rotors and brake pads replaced and they fit me in the next day.
The service was great! The price was very reasonable! It was a very great experience. I will definitely go back and take my other vehicles there too!

Dropped my truck off April 3rd to get worked on , almost 5 weeks later no update, called them and they aren’t even close to done. It took them 2 weeks to even look at it , I woulda took it somewhere else if they are not taking the time to get it done .will not be coming back

Nice good people.Broke down on the way home from are trip had 3.5hrs left to get home they got us right in put rotors and brakes both sides.Had 2 mechanics on it got us backed on the way in 1 hr for a good price.

I have NO IDEA how anyone could say ANYTHING about this place. I called them after getting a quote for almost 900$ to replace spark plugs on my old 2007 Toyota sienna. Was told since they have to access the "intake manifold" labor would be expensive. When i called Ladd they told me it would be 500$ even had an oil change as well! I dropped it off and it was ready in about 4/5 hours and it was EVEN LESS. 468.25$! Lady at the front is professional and efficient and they got the job done and done CORRECTLY. I HIGHLY recommend them. Might not be a fancy high end place but they know what they are doing and do it well and most importantly HONESTLY. Van runs like a dream even with 250k miles on it! Thanks Ladd! You have a customer for life and I will send everyone I know to you!

I went in for routine inspection
They found out that my brake shoes were on wrong side of the front of the truck.
They changed the shoes and did a oil change at same time.
I am grateful They found this mistake and fixed it.
Got me going again
I will be back and this is going to be my new shop for auto repair.
Thank you to all the guys who helped me today.

I had a problem with my rv cargo box and dropped in on Jim for help as we were on vacation from canada. He immediately dropped everything and fixed it. We’re very grateful to him.

Jim, the owner is very professional and he listen to what owners have to say that they think the problem is. He reasonable on how much you owe for the repairs. I would definitely tell my friends and family to take there cars to Jim.

Easily one of the worst experiences I've had in the automotive industry. I was told my fan motor was dead and that it would cost around $200 to replace it and I had to wait 3 days for the parts to come in. Ran well for a few days after until the engine started overheating again. Took it to another shop, and they showed me where Ladd hadsimply torn off the old fanblades and elbow-greased the new ones on without replacing the old fan motor. Do not go here unless you enjoy wasting time and money.

They are a complete joke! I will never do business with them again for the simple facts they find its okay for the receptionist to act as tho she is not that and to yell and completely ignore calls because "she doesn't have to deal with it" and the other worker "I don't have time for this shit" the manager actually found it funny and all I wanted was a cooy of the inspection certificate!!!!!! BEYOND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The owner here is really nice. He helped look at some engine problem I was having before, right on the spot. Even diagnosed it for me at no charge. Great with inspections. Fast and efficient place.
