Extremely knowledgeable and kind! I feel like I gained more knowledge and direction in one visit than I did in 2 er, and 1 Dr's visit. It is obvious they started this business because they truly care about people and want to be able to provide top notch care!! I am very impressed and will definitely be back for any and every health care need from now on.. and to top things off, they gave on a $20 book on gut health ? I will be reading it and return for the next person. Thank you both so much for all your help during my visit! To be honest, I can't think of the words to express my gratitude. I will be recommending this place to anyone willing to listen!

It is hard to shop here. I have tried three times since moving here and the hours have been irregular--it's been closed every time despite their hours on Facebook. Tried again today and it there was a sign on the door that it was closed for snow. It's raining--not a snowflake in sight. Even at the highest elevation (that I just drove over) it was raining.

I developed a severe skin reaction after using several different perfumed creams. The itch, the pain and the oozing has been unbearable. It's on one arm, both sides of my neck, and portions of my stomach. Nothing over-the-counter was working. Nothing! I remembered tea tree oil I once used for toe fungus did the trick in a matter of just a few days. Today, after work, I raced to the Healthy Habits store and noticed they were closing. I jumped out of my car, and showed my arm saying, "I need help!" This lovely lady motioned for me to come inside, and I quickly asked if she had any tea tree oil and/or soap? Thankfully, she had both. She was most kind and gracious, too. I raced home, took a shower with the soap, and applied the oil. For the first time in days, tonite I have relief and can see the redness subsiding. The itch and oozing is minimal now. I can't thank Healthy Habits enough, and, well, I should have asked for her name. It was on 12/3/22 at 1 p.m. and if you see this post, THANK YOU SO MUCH for staying open to help me!!!

Lovely little store! Great selection, local items too. The women working were super nice and helpful with information. I needed some water and one of them gave me water from home from her Berkey, how sweet and generous! Will be back.

Customer service is always wonderful in here people are super nice and always helpful. Their prices are a little high and yet I get it it's a local store and it's worth every penny.

I travel all over and when in Waynesboro always stop here. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately people are giving them bad reviews due to no mask wearing, if you believe in holistic health you would totally agree with not wearing a mask. Everyone has a choice to wear or not wear a mask and whether to shop here or not shop here. They will always have my support!

Love the complete staff. The customer service is the best! Large assortment of natural products and supplements. Educated and qualified in directing you in the right direction. I have been going their for years and I am always referring individuals. In all my years I have never heard or experienced anything but professional educated pleasant experiences. I thank God that we are very fortunate to have this place of business in our community! I have lived in this area my entire life. This has been a respected family business. Dismayed to learn that they do not require staff nor customers to wear masks during pandemic. I will not patronize any business so unwilling to take reasonable precautions to protect my health.

Wear the damn mask. I was taken back that the person working today 12/14/2020 didn’t have a mask on. Health store worker. The three customers in the store when I was there had masks. Sad because I loved making a trip to Healthy Habits. Back to Charlottesville

I guess "Healthy Habits" is an oxymoron when it comes to COVID. Neither of the two employees were wearing masks and not asking patrons to wear them either. This, a week before Thanksgiving and the death count is +250,000 and rising. Doors shut, no fresh air. I have long been a customer and am disappointed to no longer support this local business. You would think that of all businesses in the boro that would promote "public health", it would be this one.
