My wife and I visited Grand Home Furnishings to purchase new recliners for our living room. The experience was pleasant and our consultant, Dylan Tillery, was very professional. He knew his products and very astutely gave us the time to consider our decision without pressure. The prices were excellent and we enjoyed our shopping and felt we got a good deal. We highly recommend them.

Our salesman was Dylan Tillery. He was great. I had been in earlier this week and he was so patient with us. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He was great to work with. And he turned us over to Kathy to finish up our paperwork. She was also great to work with. Very pleasant to deal with.

The unprofessional conduct and lack of customer service from their sales associates to the store manager, (Steve Tincher) is appalling. It started on Black Friday before closing when sales associates were standing by the door complaining about numbers. The young guy that was assigned to us was rude, pushy, and then lied to obtain the sale. Saturday morning when we decided to proceed with the purchase, we were told that our set was no longer available new and had to take the floor model with no additional discount. We agreed with the understanding that it was a different sales associate. The following day/Sunday, we called to order the matching sectional. No sales pitch was needed yet we were put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time then rushed when the associate got on just to get our basic information. She said the finance office would call us back. We had to leave messages for two days until they returned our call to officially order the sectional. When the sectional did arrive, the men dropped it on the ground directly from the truck (didn't even lower the step). It was raining and instead of using appropriate moving equipment, they put holes in the plastic to carry to the door. They then set the two separate parts on their ends where rain dripped into the ripped holes onto the new furniture. When we got the new set inside, the ends were soaked. We had to have heaters running to dry it out. We contacted the store to ask for a credit and the matching pillows for compensation. They suggested ordering a replacement but waiting another month and dealing with their drivers again was not a good enough solution. Becki said the manager would contact us Thursday. No such communication was received. On Saturday, WE had to reach out to him/Steve in which he only offered a minimal discount. He arrogantly suggested it was sufficient for the numerous issues we had experienced. We countered. He/Steve refused to resolve the situation over $50? How incredibly incompetent and another display of their poor customer service. None of the 3 pieces of furniture are what was advertised, promised, or in the condition agreed at purchase. No one at Grand accepted accountability. I would NEVER recommend this store, and the corporate office needs to evaluate the individuals they put in a management/community role.

Purchased a bedroom set for my brother and was told all about premium delivery. Salesman put in the notes that our old furniture would be removed and could be placed at the curb or in front of my garage which is at the curb. Salesman also told this information to the lady who took my payment and scheduled delivery. The day of delivery the men refused to take the old furniture to the curb, let alone in front of the garage. They placed all the old furniture in the middle of my family room. I have no way to relocate any of the existing furniture and would not have bought this set at this time had I known otherwise. The store itself was closed on the day of delivery so I left a message for them to come back and get their furniture. I don't want it and I'll never shop there again!!

Had nice selection. There was no pressure sales tactics. Everyone was nice and polite, especially Tina. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely recommend and deal with again.

Beautiful home decor to match the great hospitality the salespeople display from the door with the heart warming welcoming. Lots of great pieces to fill any room of our home at a price that's well worth what your getting it. I recommend this store as well as the The new outlet that's coming soon to staunton grand home furnishings 1st in our area. Enjoy the experience.
