If you want to waste time and money go ahead and come here. Every associate here is incompetent and will act like they don’t know what they are doing. They’ll actually double charge you and then wait 1 month to give you your money back.

I usually don’t have any problems with this store, i go here all the time, but i wanted to come in today to buy a game and given its memorial day i called them to make sure what time they would be closed. The man over the phone(Aaron) told me they would be closed at 8 just like the website says, therefore hours didn’t change. When i showed up at around 7:40 (20 minutes before they were supposed to close) the doors and everything was shut and there was someone in assuming to be the worker just sitting out front. I’m assuming he just wanted to leave early. I instead ended up buying the game online given it was only 2 dollars more. I’ve never had any problems with this store but this was ridiculous.

I recently visited this store and had the pleasure of interacting with Jarreth, an exceptional employee who provided outstanding customer service. I was accompanied by my daughter, and our primary objective was to purchase a new controller for her Nintendo Switch. However, due to Jarreth's extensive knowledge and engaging demeanor, we ended up also purchasing additional attachments for various games.
Regrettably, the store lacked a dedicated system for showcasing and demonstrating these attachments, which I had heard about from a friend. If such a system had been in place, I believe I would have made additional purchases based on Jarreth's recommendations and explanations of the features and games.
Nevertheless, I am immensely grateful for Jarreth's expertise in setting up the attachments and his consistently courteous and professional attitude throughout the entire transaction.

Your hours are quite contradicting.... Google maps says you open at noon but on the front of your store it says 11am... it is now 1123 am and there is no one here

I had recently bought some top loaders from here and let me tell you. NEVER buy top loaders or card sleeves from gamestop (wish I knew sooner). They were in terrible condition, so I decided to upgrade to the ultra pro brand. Anyway I went and tried to get my return/refund for these and was told that the item was considered a “collectible item” and wasn’t able to receive my refund. To call two thin pieces of poorly made plastic a “collectible” was outright absurd. I asked them cancel my membership and am leaving a one star. I recommend the Staunton location rather than this one.

So we recently purchased a nintendo switch lite which I know absolutely nothing about so I went in to get a few games for my son's birthday and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful

This store used to be really good under Jesse and we came here for years. Now, under the new management, our preordered games get opened and we don't always get the preorder exclusives. We're done with this store.
