“The juniors girls clothes are so cute with a great selection and sizes. Found 3 outfits for someone's special Birthday.
The cashier was so sweet and kind I cannot remember her name. She was working Monday July 15 around 10 am at the 1st register closest to the front door.
I was having a bit of a problem tapping my credit card for payment. She came around to help and was very understanding and patient.
I'm very grateful to her for her kindness.”
“My daughter shops for clothes here. Good prices and variety. Customer service just depends on the day. Sometimes we go and everyone's nice and smiling. Other times they are not that friendly but not where I feel the need to complain.”
“Big Lots has come a long way over the years. Even though they were sold out of what I was looking for, they did show they stocked it and the price was competitive with online prices. Their furniture is very decent and staff has been normally friendly and helpful!”
“This is a nice clean store! Very good store for anyone on a budget! The lady who checked us out was so sweet and friendly! We love the selection of hair care products especially for anyone with natural hair. LOVE the pink slippers! They have things for the entire family and we love that!! Paired the slippers with the one size fits most heart long night shirt (cozy). It was also nice and quiet in the store. We would definitely recommend this location. They are close to a lot of other store's (Walmart, Family Dollar, Dollar General, CVS etc.).”
“Staff is very friendly, lots of great bargains. The aisles are a bit tight for shopping and navigating a shopping cart and the store is a bit cluttered....but it has been heavily shopped for the holidays.”

“I lost my phone today in a shopping cart, so went to the service counter and gave them my wife’s phone number. A few hours later she received a call ,phone was found. The least I could do was give them some cash in my pocket but they refused and said “this is just our job”. I can’t describe my appreciation with words.
