Hadn’t been in here for a while, but had to pick up some Rx and a couple of other things today. Despite it being late into a national holiday, I got excellent service from both Heather at the Pharmacy and Marilyn on the floor. Was greeted warmly as I entered and was impressed with the genuine helpfulness of Marilyn. Sometimes all it takes is good people to turn a place around.

The pharmacy staff members are always so kind to me. With the way the world has shifted post-COVID, many places are understaffed & overworked. They always get my prescriptions correct & on time. They’re always kind, polite, and courteous.

Pharmacy staff talks to people horribly. Right before thanksgiving I witnessed a man who was about to get a vaccine but had changed his mind about the COVID one. The worker said “I guess this dose is WASTED THEN.” Loudly , I mean she was almost yelling. He said he would go ahead and leave and she screamed for the entire store, you could hear this upfront as my daughter was front looking at candy and heard it - WE ALL ARE HAPPY YOURE LEAVING. Since when is someone NOT allowed to change their mind about what vaccine they want? Disgusting. I emailed corporate about this as well but I doubt they care, not one worker tried to tell this women to maybe, I don’t know- calm down? Talked about this location with family the next day (thanksgiving) none of us will be using this pharmacy. Whatever your name is - I know you will see this, go ahead and start chanting about being happy about losing more customers.Overall a weird, memorable experience where we witnessed a women who clearly hates her job taking it out on another person. Happy holidays!

To the pharmacy staff working last evening 10/9/2023....you all ROCK!!! My daughter's prescription was called into another location that unannounced closed early prior to me being able to pick up her prescription. It was very important to start the prescription asap so she could return to school/sports after 24 hours starting the antibiotics. I went to this location to see if they could get access to her prescription and fill it. They all happily was able to assist us and I walked out with the prescription in hand in a very short matter of time-not to mention, that this was a last minute request prior to their closing time. Thank you again for making your patients a priority! We will be transferring to this location from now on.

They have had a problem with the pharmacy for years. I don't blame the employees, it is an corporate mess. CVS wants to be a one stop for all your medical needs. What they really need to do is focus on the core business.

very poor service. husband needed an antibiotic for an upcoming extraction.dental office e-mailed the info to the pharmacy, who claims the request was incomplete.I had to intervene to get the problem corrected. It should not be a patient advocate who has to make all the phone calls .I rate the pharmacy a 0 at this store. However there is one person, Jeanette, who is a hard worker and tries really hard to make things work. One should not have to wait 5-6 days for a refill on an existing med. What is going on here??????

I will admit that when I first started coming to this location they were on point. Things really started to go down hill during the pandemic. Of course I gave them a pass because of the circumstances we all faced. Since I have notice a falling off of service in the Pharmacy. I have also witnessed very rude Pharmacy Techs who talk to people like they’re trash. I would actually give this place no stars if I could and will probably be taking my business elsewhere.

My prescription has been “in process” for a week and still has not been filled and I NEED it. It’s impossible to contact the pharmacy because you’ll be on hold and no one will answer the phone.

It takes forever to get anything here at the pharmacy. They are always short handed. The drive through is often closed due to staffing issues. Yesterday, the pharmacy was closed because there was no pharmacist. Some medicines are too important not to be able to get in time. I live 30 minutes away and I’m going to be driving over a third time to get heart medicine for a family member. Medicine that is supposedly ready for pickup but there is no one to sell it to me. If I can’t get it today, he will be out of medicine. This is totally unacceptable. Yesterday, after not being able to get medication, I made a small purchase at the store register that had a sign on it saying exact change or card only. That was fine with me but how can a major pharmacy chain store do business this way?

Very bad service. Takes days to a week to fill a prescription. They randomly close. Staffing issues is an excuse. Other CVS locations and businesses in their region have found a way to staff up and thrive. What we have here is poor leadership that is not able to build a work culture centered around pride and productivity. Start at the top and clean house.

absolutely horrendous customer service. all of the employees in the pharmacy act like they hate their job and that it is the worst job a person could have. i was told a prescription would be done 20 minutes after we arrived, and when we returned, they told us we needed to wait another 30 minutes. when returning once again, we were met with the pharmacists cussing and screaming at each other and no service for about 5 minutes (there was no line). the pharmacist threw the pills in a bottle and handed it over making comments that they closed at 8pm and that is being there at 7:30pm (which was due to the consistent delay in filling the prescription) was inconvenient for her. Rachael (the pharmacist previously mentioned) and the rest of the staff need to get it together.
