Worst Pharmacy Ever.....Do NOT go to this location ? I promise its a complete waste of your time. Don't believe me, just check its Google Review, lol. Its probably only got that 1 star status because you have to at least click 1 star just to leave a review ?♀️ It's sad that just 1 employee and level of service can make someone decide to never shop at your store Ever again and be mad enough to take time out there day to go leave a bad review. Sad but true because here I am ?♀️. CVS, you can thank Jeanette in the pharmacy for this post, her I don't care demeanor, matched with her I don't have time for you attitude, along with her rude comments did it for me today........My prescriptions have been canceled and will be transferred first thing in the morning and I promise CVS will never get my business again. In case you want to hear and see for yourself, I was there on 7/9/24 at approx. 6:20-6:40 p.m. I was wearing a green shirt.

Just wanted to take a minute to acknowledge two of your sales associates who gave me exceptional customer service on Mother's day! Their names are Hannah W and Carla E. I was having some issues using the photo kiosk and they were there every step of the way to make sure i got what i needed! I know this may seem small to others, but i was there for quite some time and they never lost their patience's with me! They even helped me put my photo college together! I truly appreciate everything that they done and my mother loved the college! Thanks again ladies!

Terrible service and never have anything ready when they say it’ll be ready, or can’t get meds until following day. Go to Augusta health pharmacy now!

Very helpful staff and very efficient. I’m thankful the store is staffed with friendly, warm greetings. Pharmacy could use more help. They are too busy and could use the help. Regardless of lack of staff, each experience was 5 stars.

The phone tree at this pharmacy is ridiculous. I know it’s a corporate thing; but there is no way to talk to a real person on the phone. They need to hire more staff. CVS owns Aetna and my retiree insurance is Aetna. I’m pretty much stuck.?

There’s a reason this pharmacy has an average of one star and I’m sure if zero stars were possible they would be at 0.5. My wife realized she was down to two blood pressure pills. She has those on auto refill at this CVS so she called wondering why She hadn’t been notified to pick up the next 90 day prescription . She was told that they didn’t have that prescription in stock but they could try to order it. I guess I’m wondering if you are a provider of needed medicine and the auto fill triggers you to fill it but you don’t have it why wouldn’t you order it then rather than wait for the patient to QU to order. I moved all my prescriptions away from this drugstore months ago, because not that they didn’t fill them. It’s that I never even knew when they would be open. I just can’t say enough bad things so I’ll end it here and use this pharmacy at your own risk.

Pd.11.99 and got the second one at half off for a well-known brand of candy. It was old got reimbursement for the the half priced item as it was unopened box. People not very customer service oriented as far as smiling and greeting. Nor very hopeful on original visit either. Fairly new in area had not shopped there before. May try another one. Would not have gone if I had seen the reviews previously.

Rude is the only word to describe staff at this cvs. I do everything I can to avoid using them unfortunately when I'm in town I have to go there.

Rude people work in the pharmacy. They can’t manage a line. Asking people to get out of line to get back in.

Last evening 10/9/2023, I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription that was called in earlier and discovered the pharmacy closed prior to their posted closing time. I went in at 6:20pm. This is unprofessional and is not looking out for the priority of their customers and their prescriptions needs. Unfortunately, this is not the first time and overall experience has gone downhill at this location since COVID. Will be switching pharmacies now-they had enough time to get their act back together to assist the needs of the community.

The pharmacy has very rude staff and the drive through is never open. Every time I come try to pick my prescriptions up it is never ready on time and they claim it’s because they are “short staffed”.
