Main St w-boro CVS called and asked if they had any gift cards on any special deal or sale and the guy on the phone acted like he was completely clueless ...uh what do you mean what are you talking about". After I explained he acted like not only did he not care but it was a tremendous annoyance that I asked him the question and generally to even have to be answering the phone. I asked to talk to the manager bcuz I thought maybe they might know more about it...he hung up on me so I guess I won't go there.

The workers were so nice and helpful!! I was greeted as I walked in, and the workers were so diligent to help me. 10/10 recommend, and I would definitely go back.

This is the worst. They never have prescriptions ready and the drive thru is just closed for no reason. Getting my rx transferred elsewhere.

Worst pharmacy on the planet! Stood 1 1/2 hours for prescription. They won't open the drive through but still posts they have one and hours of operation.

Worst pharmacy ever. I went to pick up my Covid test and this is what they suggested for me to wait In because they weren't able to send it through the "tube"!

CVS on West Main has a great variety of products for whatever needs you may have. They have plenty of parking as well as a Redbox outside. The pharmacy drive thru is currently closed due to reason related to COVID testing. The staff is friendly but they are low staffed so refills and the like can take time and lines are long. Prices are moderate depending on what item your searching for.

One star is one star too many. I'm going to cut the staff a break and not blame them. I think they are in desperate need of additional staffing. One clerk yesterday had tears in her eyes talking to me about how long it was taking to fill my prescription. 48 hour delay is not acceptable when the drugs are in store. The manager and/or corporation, somebody must assume the responsibility.

I am a retired Customer Service Manager from a Fortune 500 Corp. I from out of state and visit Va. quite often. I visited this CVS in 2019. This is the worst CVS I have ever experienced. The Pharmacy Customer Service Staff needs to be re-trained. This is a negative reflection on the Pharmacy Manager to tolerate such behavior from any Pharmacy Tech. A CVS survey did follow up via email and I expressed the entire awful customer service experience. I'm now in need to visit a CVS and I'm carefully making sure I will not visit that CVS Store again. I only rated 1 star just to exit off the site.

This pharmacy has been nothing but helpful. We are in flu season and in the middle of a pandemic and they are doing the best they can. Really appreciate the kindness and patience that they showed me

The pharmacy is awful. Specifically an employee named Amanda. She was incredibly rude to me twice within a couple days. Sh refused to run an insurance card and had a horrible attitude. I will not use this pharmacy ever again.
