We had the best experience with Brooks Auto. We were 12 hours from home and our check engine light came on with our 2016 Honda Odyssey on Sunday. We called them Monday morning and they said they could squeeze us in. Not only did they squeeze us in, they took care of the van right away, changed the spark plugs and an ignition coil at such a fair price! My husband was back at our resort to be able to enjoy our last day of vacation and we were able to get back to Illinois in a fixed vehicle. We can't thank you enough, you are such a blessing!!! 5 STAR SERVICE! ?

Just called for a quote on new breaks for a Kia Optima 2007, i didn’t say I would need them installed or anything. The lady told me it would be about $400. I said thanks, bye! Getting my new breaks at auto zone for about $84. My boyfriend will put them in for free ?

We had car trouble on the way home from our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly friendly and nice and even gave us recommendations for places to stay and go in the town. Would recommend!

Gene and Donna treated me right :) Gene was able to diagnose my problem quickly, on the day scheduled! Even though it was not fixable, I left feeling educated and properly informed.
