Horrible service. Lady told me my phone was to old to run on their system any longer. 8 month Old phone. Was very blunt and unhelpful. Said she would sell me a new phone. Went to Staunton Boost and my actual line was bad. A few minutes later my phone was working fine. Never again will I go to them.

I was pleased to see that the nice young lady that helped me upgrade to a new phone was someone that I had worked with before. She explained the pros and cons of every device that interested me, and had me set up with a new phone in a matter of a few minutes. I highly recommend shopping here!!

Boost mobile is the worst won’t come to anybody can deal with I have been with boost mobile for over 20 years, I tried to buy a iPhone 12 through them and they will not let me they keep telling me that I’m not eligible, but on my account it says I am eligible, so I have called them for a three day scrape. Still, they cannot help me. They try to make me buy almost $1000 and I told them that I was not gonna buy that phone that’s not what I want. I want the $199 iPhone 12 still no justice so Boost mobile is the worst phone company I have ever dealt with in my life so now I have to look for a new phone company I have talked to live representative no help I’ve talked to people on the phone no help I have text no help so please if you have phones service with Boost mobile, please switch your phone company

We're extremely lucky to still have a 4-line plan =$100.00. When we started it included 4 completely free android phones as well. The store is busy around 4-6 p.m. with people paying their bills. Otherwise friendly knowledgeable staff always there.

I went there to activate a $25 dollar plan. They said the minimum would be $125 in store. I bought my own sim card at Target, and did it all for $30 online.Nice try guys!

Phone broke went into the store seeking a replacement cash in hand and was told come back Friday and there is nothing I can do for u I realize it was 30 min to close but that is unacceptable customer service

I highly recommend this particular Boost Mobile Store. I have been doing business on Broad Street for many years, purchasing IPhone 13Plus and yesterday the new Moto G Stylus 5G! Ryan is the absolute BEST, an expert on customer service and assisting you in figuring out the best phone option for you and your needs. He is so professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and I am a customer for life (as long as Ryan continues his career there!) I am so HAPPY!! THANK YOU RYAN and STAFF!!

If I could give this store 0 stars I would, I came into the store and the workers never acknowledged me, I stood there for 15 minutes while the one worker was on their personal call and the other outside smoking until I finally walked out and went to the other store that was a much better experience!
