Nice experience. Until check out. I guess the young lady was having a bad day She was. Unfriendly. Mumbled. No smile. Didn't load my all items into cart. Just didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Or was not trained in customer service? Idk but it ruined my whole experience.

Biglots? More like bigots. When you go to shop there and see employees that lack basic hygiene and are incompetent, it really sets a bad tone for the whole experience. Not to mention not wanting to honor sales ads all around the store that they've kept up for weeks because of laziness. I give this store 2 thumbs down.

The other reviews are not standalone. It's slimy here. Really slimy.Before the change in management, the atmosphere, employees, etc., all seemed generally nicer. What you'd hope to expect.I guess it doesn't help that Delia, the manager, isn't worried about being professional and instead, prefers to run the store into the ground.You will not get or keep any good, hardworking employees with the way you are. Good luck with your minimum wage mess.What a shame.
