Placed an order online. Called about the order because it was placed on a Sunday when the business was closed. Was told that it would be in Wednesday. Never heard anything come Wednesday so I decided to call on Saturday. Called and was put on hold. Someone said they checked the back and didn’t see it. That they would speak to someone and call me back. Well no one ever called back. Honestly considering canceling my order and going else where for furniture.

My wife and I just left Badcock to go to another furniture store. When we entered, we were not greeted by a sales representative. When we asked about a sofa that we saw on line the sales woman politely pointed to the back if the store and said it's over there. We looked around some more and no one came to help. I asked if anyone worked here. She said she did but still didn't offer to help. We walked out and went to Schewels and bought a sofa, recliner and mattress. My tried calling Badcock to report the incident but was on hold 12 minutes before hanging up.

The ladies at Badcock & More are great! I came in on a Sunday and Christy showed me several pieces that fit what I was looking for. She was very knowledgably of all the couches I looked at. I came back a week later and she was off but Andrea helped me and made sure that Christy got credit for the sale. The delivery guys did an amazing job putting together and placing my furniture. My couch came with an ottoman but it was not in stock to see at the store. The website had amazing photos of it but it was much larger than I envisioned. They offer a 1 day return policy with full refund of merchandise still in new condition. Tammy assisted me with my return and made the process easy and and hassle free. My sister referred me to Badcock & More in Waynesboro because she was so happy with the quality of their service and products. I agree with her and will be referring everyone to shop there!

We bought a $800 couch God damaged had the extended warranty after 6 months started having issues it took them another 5 months to come to the house to look at it moved from the location got a refund check for half of the price won't go there and won't buy another extended warranty for sure

If I could give Them O Stars I would . We Bought a Living room Set and Kitchen Table With Chairs Back In Aug Of 2021 , Everything was Fine Until Day Of delivery . Delivery People Tore the Bottom of The Couch also When Putting together my Table I noticed there was a big scratch at the bottom . Also a Hole On side of Arm of Couch ! Called Same Day maybe 5 minutes after the delivery Men Left , Lady Said They would Fix The couch when they delivered my Love Set Since It was On Back order . Finally Received my Love seat about 1-2 months later . The day Love Seat was Delivered the Manger Bob Come out and half a$$ fixed the Bottom of Couch…. Well Problem got worse from there … I was told we have a 30 day Back if for some reason I did not like my purchase I called and was not happy with the living room set because after a month it looked like we Had it for 2 years the cushions and fabric are A joke . Call Talk to Bob numerous times he sent Someone out here on 2 occasions and he did absolutely nothing Told me You get what you paid for !!!!!! Call the 800 Line I know over 20 times . Sent Pictures of The living room set only be told they will give me New cushions one time courtesy . Your F&&&& Kidding right ?? Don’t Waste your money on this company!!!! Also they keep Deleting my Review are its Some how magically disappearing !!!

Was lie to about back order on chair and waited 30 days for chair to arrive the. On deliever call at 4 pm to tell me that I would be first thing in morning and when I called they where loading the truck 11:30 and still no chair bad business !!!! So I cancel the order my money spend anywhere and I should have left when the driver fee was outrageous . I paid more for treatment and deliever fee then the furniture cost ….

A very nice furniture store...we bought a mattress and box spring, a T.V. and a coffee table from there recently...reasonably priced for a furniture store...they were friendly,helpful and professional...quick to greet and assists you...they were upfront about all details and didn't try to fool or scam you(unlike Ashley's Furniture up the road)...the delivery was fast and on time and the deliverers were professional and polite...we will definitely be shopping there in the future...them and Grands are our go to places...

The only reason I give it two stars is because the lady who sold our furniture was wonderful. We originally bought the furniture and they said it would be in on Wednesday- I never received a call so I called them and they said it would be the following wednesday. The following wednesday showed up and a piece of the furniture arrived damaged. We picked up the other pieces- when we got home we noticed the long dresser was damanged too. I called the store back and they said we will replace the dresser and deliver both dressers to you. I have gotten four calls of cancellations for no delivery drivers to bring me my furniture. I spoke to the main guy today Paul and he said “ I wish I knew what to tell you, I do not have a driver.” I have paid for my furniture IN FULL and still do not have my furniture.

Worst company I Ever Bought From , The Living room Set I bought back in July Looks like I had it for 3 years and We barely use it , No one Called me Back After They Sent Someone to see what the problem was , They Will not Work With me To fix the Problem … Will never Buy anything again and will let family and friends know Not to do business.

I went to Badcock Home Furniture and More today to look at Dining table and chair sets! This was my first time in this store and it will not be my last!! I was so impressed with all the furniture they had available, the quality was awesome! Teresa Larisey, Sales Lead was awesome! She went over and beyond in helping me! Paul, the store manager was great as well! Purchased a dining table and chair set and it will be delivered next week! I will be back for sure! I highly recommend Badcock!!!!
