“We had the best experience with Brooks Auto. We were 12 hours from home and our check engine light came on with our 2016 Honda Odyssey on Sunday. We called them Monday morning and they said they could squeeze us in. Not only did they squeeze us in, they took care of the van right away, changed the spark plugs and an ignition coil at such a fair price! My husband was back at our resort to be able to enjoy our last day of vacation and we were able to get back to Illinois in a fixed vehicle. “R & M Automotive addressed a window leak that other auto shops had not been able to fix. They took the time and made special efforts to identify the source of the leak (a crack in the driver side window) and replaced the window in a timely fashion. They also provided a great recommendation of B & B Complete Car Cleaning, who took great care in cleaning up the interior. And the price of R & M’s work was very fair. I highly recommend R & M Automotive!”

“Traveling home about halfway through the Journey had a vibration begin on the interstate pulled off and stop by Discount Tire and they referred me to mark Martin's. Martens ordered parts so that I can have my wheel studs replaced and replaced them that day so that we could be on our way home from our vacation. I really appreciate them going out of their way so that I can safely get my family home. 10 out of 10 do recommend”

“They did an amazing paint job on my 2018 jeep wrangler for a manufacture defect at the hinges on the doors. Just a few weeks later I had an accident and they were awesome at repairing the damages to the left front tire, wheel, suspension and replaced front and rear bumpers. “The guy who was working there was super helpful and really friendly. I stopped because my car had flashed a service light (oil pressure, engine off) very briefly. He checked my oil levels, added 2 quarts, and only charged me for the oil itself. He was full of great advice.”
“I broke down on my way home, hours from anyone I know, stuck at a motel having been towed there by AAA the night before. The owner, Brandon, came out first thing in the morning and took a look at my Prius and recommended a tow to a Toyota Dealership. He had nothing but the utmost respect for me and my car. He informed me that the AAA driver likely had broken the transmission and damaged it when it was dragged. He took me to the dealership and communicated the issues with the service technicians there and gently got the car off the truck. Brandon is extremely communicative, knowledgable, and friendly.
