Highly recommend!! One of our doors had the cable system break this week. I called and they came out the next day. Determined a part needed to be ordered. Got it snd came back the next day to fix it! Guys were prompt and courteous!! Definitely give them a call for your garage door needs!!

We needed a repair for our garage door and Apple Door was able to get us on the schedule much faster than we expected. When the tech arrived he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He showed up on time, communicated ahead of time, and was very fast in his repair. Highly recommend these guys for when you need work done on your garage.

I’m a bit late on the review though I would like to say that the young man with the nice beard, Damian. He is so knowledgeable in his line of work. I was very impressed with the high quality outcome, time, & professionalism. Damian is a great asset to the business & I hope to see him move higher into the company. You don’t want to lose this one!

Initially, I was quoted over $450 for two door alignment to get back on track. Typically, this work does not take longer than an hour, so the price was steep for the needed work. I was able to have the issue resolved for less than $100 and 30 minutes of work. Another concern is that Apple scheduled me for repairs I never confirmed or requested once I found out about the highway robbery pricing. If all you need is a minor repair on a garage door, and you don't feel like doing it yourself, this may be a fit. As for myself, I do not need to reach out as the absurd pricing and scheduling without contact from the customer is not a way to start a working relationship.

I have 22 years of experience as a homeowner...and Apple Doors is by far the most responsive and professional repair service that I have ever had. From the start to the finish: courteous, timely, and high quality work. They come when they say they will come, the estimate is given when they say they will make it, the job gets done when they say it will get done. Excellent attention to detail. We just had 2 crews come to install 2 new garage doors, an exterior door and an interior door. Very happy with all the install work and the products/ door manufacturers they choose to offer. Sales team was knowledgeable helping us navigate the hundreds of possible options down to what would work best for our home/ price point. Install team even found slight imperfections on a door and are working to get that replaced ASAP.

My husband and I were impressed with the thoroughness, professionalism, and efficiency of Brandon and Justin. They checked and rechecked each step of the garage door installations. They patiently explained and demonstrated maintenance of our new doors. The doors are beautiful and we are very pleased with the products. The office staff was a pleasure to work with. The office staff (scheduling and payments) were an absolute pleasure and the crew that came out not only put in a beautiful new door, they went the extra mile and fixed a problem they found rather than just covering it up! 5 stars isn't enough!

Great local business that sells high quality products. For me, they installed a garage door and opener, and entry door. The in-store staff is very knowledgeable, and the crew that comes to the house is courteous and professional. In the event a problem arises, they are quick to fix it.
