I brought in a hunting dog that was in the middle of the road on a mountain. She had no dog collar but she was branded. She had open sores on her paws and was extremely underweight. When I called for the appointment I explained she was a found dog and when I got there no one explained the laws of finding a dog and what I needed to do before I could claim her. The girl just asked if we were going to keep the dog. Then I get a call saying the Dr said we need to post about the lost dog and which we had already done on Facebook the day we found her. We even had a bear hunter post since he knew a lot of hunters. They took it upon themselves to do a photo shoot like she was a show dog or a show cow and then post it on one of the employees facebook page not the office Facebook page. Spoke to the Dr that owns the the vet office now because I was told if some one comes to claim her the would have to give distinctive markings and the posted every angle of the dog. I just didn't want any person trying to claim her due to she had been through a lot. No one fully explained the process to us and I found them very unprofessional. I have been with this vet office for over 20 some years but today was the last straw and moved my animal care to some other office. This place use to be a wonderful office and the friendliest front desk lady but not anymore. If you use this office good luck

Very compassionate and genuinely care about our furry family members. Good follow up. Could not be more kind. Love this veterinarian's office. We have used them for several years.

Made us wait over an hour when all we could hear from the room was people having conversations and laughing while we waited and waited, there was about 4 cars in the parking lot so I doubt they were that busy honestly. All we needed was some traveling papers and a shot for our puppy, only took 20 mins once the vet decided to come and help us

The Best vet ever !! Dr. Dunlap is amazing he really goes above and beyond for my dog. I would highly recommend this office the staff is fabulous everyone is just so caring and welcoming!!! You know your pet is in good hands at this Vet office!!

They squeezed my pet rat in between appointments! All though, I think it stressed them out a bit, but I am a very happy rat Mom ❤ and prices were soooo much cheaper than Cedarcrest, whom recommended me here.

I had one rat die a slow painful death in their care from pneumonia. I have another who has been treated for the same thing for almost one month now and still is not better. When I took him to another vet for a second opinion today (to avoid the same fate) I found out I was basically torturing him with massive volumes of antibiotics twice a day. For no benefit. If the meds weren't working within a week they aren't working... they told me to keep going at week 2. They also denied that rats could aspirate meds and never showed me the proper way to administer them to prevent making it worse. Im now going to another vet for rat care. please do not take your rats here.

Recommended to this clinic by our vet in Florida and he could not have made a better choice! Absolutely love Dr Dunlap and his staff!! We have many rescue cats and two dogs and he has just care and consideration for each and everyone of them. Yes he does have limited hours but always seems to get the job done without rushing you or making sure you throughly understand what's happening with your pets. Thank you Dr Dunlap you have clients forever here with the Lyons clan!!
