I worked at this location, I recommend that you find another location to store your items.
Insurance will not cover your damaged items nor will they recognize the infestation of mice and fecal matter left behind (tenants included)
I will post pictures of the overnight addicts that live in the storage units. The unit C7 and A team’s message with other AAAA Storage members including the events that they let go on.

I like the automated gate so you can access your storage anytime you want. They have all sizes of storage space you want. Just a few things would be nice to fix. The driveway needs some attention and the first turn need some attention it will be nice to have a larger mirror to see the upcoming cars.

This was a great place 5 years ago. Had a friendly person in the office. Gave me a free lock for my unit. Even had yard sales days during the summer. Just rented a unit online about two weeks ago. Received my gate code and loaded up a truck to drop off more than my unit could hold (I had rented another unit (elsewhere). There was no one in the office. My code didn't work. I called a number 4 hours away and I had to leave. Long story short they gave me an emergency code half to my other storage unit. When I returned, the code did work, but there was no unit number for the number the unit that I received. Both me and my friends looked. I called again and emailed only to get a response the next day. They have closed the office. I ask for a refund for my $99 first month rate, today they sent me $45.84. Prorated is what they kindly called it. Never set foot in a unit. !00% worst than I had dealt with before. Now I have on site customer service and someone on speed dial that cares for their renters. Customer service is key. This was in Forest Virginia and I had to deal with someone in Portsmouth Virginia and email? Lost me.....

There was trash and glass everywhere, everytime I go it looks like they do not clean up anymore. The maintenance of the place has gone downhill. The people in the office seems rude and just wants to get you out the door. Also a unit door was damaged a few doors down from mine.

The unit was easily accessible, the grounds were secure and well maintained. The management and staff were always helpful and friendly. I had two units there and it was a great place to store stuff.
