I called seeking information about a power outage in my area. The representative took my information & said somebody would call me back. I got a phone call within 10 minutes from someone to answer my questions. Very good customer service in my opinion.

I was punished for asking for my deposit back. Had to argue with someone in corporate because I was lied to by a customer service representative. Disappointing experience.Solar panels are looking better than ever right now.

This company has the worst customer service ever I purchased WiFi from them for Rual band and have problems with it staying connected and I called for someone to come out to look at it and it’s been weeks and nobody came out asked to talk to a manager and they wouldn’t let me talk one but yet it doesn’t take them long to make sure I get my bill on time for the WiFi if I could rate this a zero I would do it cause they are very unprofessional

PGEC and Rural Band has been the best I have ever experienced. After travelling and transferring duty stations while serving 20 years in the Navy, dealing with various power and internet services, they are the best.
