Very cool place. Quaint, rustic, honest. 2 of the nicest gentlemen to make acquaintance with. Grabbed some delicious peanuts and a whole smoked ham. Lots of other delicious and unique items too. Gonna make this an annual stop for sure. ?

So happy we stopped by. For like $12 we got a big bag of peanuts, peanut brittle, and some hard candy. The folks who worked there were so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

I had no idea Southern Virginia had such a rich history of Peanut productions. It's signs leading you to Adam's Peanuts ? along the highway.
On entering, I was greeted well. I was given a small history lesson on some older companies' products they sell. The customer service and warm greetings did it for me. As a woman of color, I didn't feel like I wasn't welcomed there. The greetings and care was excellent.
I would recommend them 100%. Oh, they have Elderberry Jelly. The prices are reasonable too. I've felt the good ole Southern Hospitality here.

Bought a ham with the hock. Owner happily sliced ham steaks for us. We got back to New York and made THE BEST greens and beans!!! Owner and his wife are solovely to talk with! Peanuts are remarkable! The country store is charming and inviting.Spouse and I love it here! Every trip South, we stop!

This is the real thing, a good old fashioned country store with smoked hams, best peanuts in the world, and rows of homemade jams. You gotta make a stop here if you're on 460.
