Very friendly and humble people with great customer service had fair prices. Gave us samples of the apples and took their time to explain the flavor and the kind of apples we were trying. We had a great experience and left very content!

Our kids had fun in their bounce house. They are a much less sophisticated business than some I've seen; I liked the simplicity. They do pick your own apples, plus have cider, apples, and a few other things for sale. Cash only. Their apples had some sort of problem this year... I guess a lot came off with the storms and the ones left on the trees were spotted (but still crisp and tasty). Was $15 for a half bushel. I also liked that they had apple picking poles to lend!

Unpretentious pick-yourself orchard with plenty of free parking and easy access to the apples. Golden delicious, Ida Reds, Gala and Red Delicious were available for picking today and it was a great experience. Going rate is $15 for a bushel and about 6 for their homemade apple cider. Beautiful weather for a stroll through the orchard with plenty of perfectly ripe and crisp apples to go around!

At first I was afraid of the little militia kids with guns in army garb. But, then they gave me a bushel (which you can fill for $12) and we had free reign of an entire orchard, which turned out to be a cross between Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Wizard of Oz, and Lord of the Rings. We would just run around like primal tribesmen, passed lounging cows, and grab and bite into apples indiscriminately and throw them on the ground. It was fun..but boo hoo for you...growing season is over. Also, their little store at front is awesome.
