The staff is very nice and helpful, knowledgeable. The receptionist is very welcoming and friendly, everyone there is very nice and helpful, we always have a great experience!!

Kim is so helpful with any issues concerning my husband's hearing aids.

I would have liked to give this specialist a 5 star rating! They were very efficient in checking in my young son and getting him back to begin testing. The test was, also fast but thorough. My only downside was not receiving the test results via email, as I had requested.
