Had a blowout on RV tire. Called to check availability. Was told they would order the exact tire to match what was on the RV. Dropped off rim, went to lunch, and when I came back to pick up the tire, they had mounted a cheap, made in China tire on the rim. There was no chance of fixing it before we had to leave early the next morning because they never ordered the right tire. Had to have a spare, so we took the cheaper tire. They would have made it right if we had time to wait. They did give me a veteran discount when I showed them my VA Healthcare card.

I needed some lug nuts for a tire, and they had them in stock. Thank God for that.

My wife was over priced for road side service and on top of that the person behind the counter as well as on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. They charged her for balancing the tires when there was no balancing the tires, just sticking a new one on and calling it good. They charged her twice for disposing of the tire but labeled it differently, extremely shady of them. Highly recommended using someone else like Meineke at least they are not act shady and talk down to you.

Had a slow air leak in one of my tires so stopped in here to get it checked. Josh and crew checked over the tire and had me on my way within a half an hour. Great service and I will definitely be back for any tire needs.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a tire losing air, they quickly found a nail and repaired it promptly!! Fair prices as well.

ON 04/15/2022 I GOT A FLAT ON THE FRONT OF MY TRACTOR SHUTTING DOWN MY WORK. I PULLED THE TIRE FROM THE TRACTOR AND HEADED FOR "BIG-L TIRE IN WARSAW VA. WHEN I ARRIVED THE SHOP WAS LOADED WITH WORK ON BIG TRUCKS REPLACING TIRES AND DOING BALANCES. ROGER, THE OWNER SAW I HAD THE FLAT AND KNEW HIS GUYS WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO GET TO IT. ROGER STOPPED EATING HIS LUNCH, CAME OUT FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER GRABBED UP MY TRACTOR TIRE AND HEADED FOR THE LEAK TUB. IN SHORT ORDER HE FOUND THE LEAK. SINCE IT IS A TRACTOR TIRE ROGER CHOSE TO BREAK OPEN THE TIRE AND INSTALL A PATCH INSTEAD OF A PLUG. AFTER THE REPAIR HE CARRIED THE TIRE TO MY CAR AND PLACED IT INSIDE FOR ME. NOT MANY BOSSES I KNOW WOULD ROLL UP THEIR SLEEVES STOP EATING LUNCH TO TAKE CARE OF A CUSTOMER NEEDING HELP.Service: Tires
