I have visited this branch with my elderly
sister who is a customer at this branch. The staff treats her like family - clarification, better than family! Cassandra is the best! All staff is friendly, cordial and welcoming. We appreciate your service!

The worst customer service ever I had even the floor manager was really rude I wish I can get her name, maybe Raza or Rosa Stay away from this bank they have no customer service at all not even welcome

Called main customer service at Wells Fargo. Very curt, short with my husband and me for a simple request. Not sure why. Seldom a good experience when we call. Time to change banks.

The people who work at this branch always make you feel comfortable and treat each individual with reapect.If for no other reason, I use Wells Fargo because of their staff.

Wells Fargo, Warrenton branch. Poorly managed branch. Drive through closed at 10:30 am on 3-9-23. No one at window. Went inside, asked manager what's going on? while laughing she said employee was drinking coffee! a JOKE of a branch. Stay away!

In what world does it make sense for a bank that works for the people to be open only when the majority of those people are working. The whole "banking hours" thing is not an excuse to screw the general public out of being able to get what they need to be done done.

I was at a 10 and came in to pee and then make a deposit but was told they don't let customers use the bathroom. I shouldn't be so surprised that a bank refused to assist me with such a basic human function.

Just came to the Warrenton location there is another customer and myself in the lobby waiting to be help and a line of cars in the drive thru. Only 1 teller helping all of us trying to make his best. He did a great job but I don't get why he had to do it all by himself while there were 3 more Wells fargo employees chatting about their life like if they get pay for that. My question is it because they were 3 white people and the only one working was an African American? Discrimination should not be allow in any work place.

Don't look for any special attention at this bank regardless if you are a 40 yr customer and a victim of fraud. Worst place for the "average" Joe - they're out of touch with their clients and customer service. Don't bank here!!!

I had an account with Wells Fargo since 2001. Recently I became separated and needed my own account. I called and was told no appointment was necessary. I took off from work, and when I got to the Branch a younger woman met me and asked if I had an appointment. I explained I had called and she said something to the effect that her branch wouldn’t have given that advice and that they were booked all morning.I probably could have lived with that but it was the “have a nice day” and the condescending and dismissive tone.I went to United in Front Royal. Cassie set me up multiple accounts and has provided excellent customer service.
