I have had a storage room here for almost 2 years. They increase your rates, the last increase is $16 more a month! You would think with the rate increase the least they can do is upkeep the grounds. The last couple times I went to my storage room, I had to pull up weeds outside of my door myself! Also, Beth has always been nice and helpful. Holly, who I think started a year ago, has been rude to me from day one. She is not helpful or nice at all.

My family just moved into the area and we needed a storage unit that was affordable until we moved into our new home. They were so easy to work with, helped us find the right size storage unit, and made the entire process so easy. Highly recommend!

Love Starr and Beth. No frills and no gimics storage location. They are straight and to the point with what is allowed and their expectations. We're storing a camper and the price for the location and space can't be beaten. Dp yourself a favor and store here. You can also get there via the Greenway, if you just need to pick something small up from your unit or rv.

We were extremely disappointed today with the conduct of the admin person working at Warrenton Mini Storage. We have rented units at the facility for well over 10 years and are finally moving out. We had a local crew of movers to assist with emptying out a 10'X30' storage unit. Their large truck arrived at 8:59 AM, and the admin person refused to open the gate because the truck had arrived one minute before opening time. She required that the truck driver stop his truck, get out, and punch in an access code while she continued smoking her cigarette for one minute. Then much later, one of the moving company staff, who spent 4 hours hauling boxes, needed to use the bathroom. She refused to allow him access, claiming that the bathroom was "not open to the public." This person was on the premises, hired by us, to move our storage. He was not a member of the "general public" and he had need to use the bathroom. He was denied access. THEN, this same women, about a half an hour later, unlocked the bathroom door to use the bathroom herself. This was noted by the team of movers.

Friendly, accommodating staff. Flexible move in options. Explained all contract details up front (from move in date to move out date, to notice needed to give to move out, etc). Put me at ease through the whole process. Happy to have a place I can trust to store my stuff. Simply the best!!
