If I could give it -10 stars I would. The whole system is confusing. I ended up spending $21.00 and $11.00 of it I didn't use because I couldn't figure it out. It was a complete rip off. I've used the automated one in the past and it doesn't get your car clean. The whole business sucks.

Only wish the bays were wider and the hose longer because I have a 3500 dully the size makes it a little complicated cleaning with the short hose . But that said everything worked as expected.

This carwash took my money ($30!!) from my card without giving me a car wash - and yes, I read the posted "directions." I have reached out to the owner and will update this post if resolved.
Update - Never heard back from the owner of this carwash. Thankfully, my bank is awesome and was able to help.

Directions are clearly posted for self service credit card POS. Some cant take the time to clearly read instructions. Instructions are right there for all to see and read.

Automated wash blows.Beware if you pay by credit for the self-serve wash, the system is a pos.READ THE SIGNS CAREFULLY OR YOULL GET RIPPED OFF.Owner/manager should fix the machine so it's easier and doesn't rip you off. Waste of money.

Terrible experience I have been using this location for years never had a problem until today, I used the auto wash and there was no soap or wax , just clear water, I called the number listed on the website and as expected no answer, I left a message and have yet to get a response

Overall, it's a good place. Very reasonable pricing. Be prepared to navigate through mud and the smell of fertilizer in the outdoor bays because pickup trucks never obey the rules there.

Autowash left dirt on the bottom parts of my wheels. Did a decent job otherwise. I prefer to do the self service but I work all day and late nights so I tend to go off hours. Most the time I don't have any issues but some times they have been out of a certain chemicals and I've already deposited my cash to start the wash process.. but it's way easier to use the facilities here and have my vehicle sparkling in 15 minutes rather than an hour or so at home!

Purchased the most expensive laser car wash package, literally still bits of leave on my hood and all over the front of vehicle. My three year old would done better with the garden hose

I go here too wash my off-road vehicle. White horse is not able to handle my vehicle correctly, plus they do a poor job, so with the wand this offers me the ability to get all of the mud and debris off from underneath and elsewhere. I love being able to pay with credit card too. Price is reasonable and the amount of time you get for it is also reasonable.
