It's a fairly well run business.They're light on the pharmacy hours.Not even open on Sunday, but In general they have all it you want from your pharmacy when they're open.

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever.First of all, they Wrote wrong dosing on one of my child’s medications. Doctor wrote the script for once a day, the pharmacy wrote it for twice a day! Thankfully called the pediatrician to check it.Before I noticed the dosing was wrong i Came here again the next day around 7pm to fill two prescriptions for my other two sick kids who had a fever, with strep throat. Lady who helped scanned the prescriptions and said she entered them in the system. Said it was a two hour wait. I said I couldn’t wait two hours with sick kids. Another lady jumped in and said she was the only one there who could fill the prescription but “F4” it and she would work on it and do her best. Sat down and waited for about 35 mins. A man called my last name so I went back up to counter and it was for a different person. Told me he was checking on mine and wrote down the names. While waiting again, multiple people were complaining that they as well had been waiting for two hours, and have left and came back and still not ready. About another 30 mins later, the lady who said to “F4” it, asked me to come up. She apologized and I said it’s ok but my kids are miserable. She said the lady never entered their info. She started typing in the computer our info and walked away. I was left standing there for another 20 mins. I asked the man if my prescriptions were being filled yet, and if not I will take it somewhere else. He was super rude and said then take it somewhere else because we aren’t filling it right now. I said then give it back. . I’ve been standing here at the counter, you guys have ignored me the whole time and I thought she was filling it since she called me up and apologized. So 2 hours later and still had no prescription. My kids were crying, had a fever, etc. i was patient until the lady just walked away with 0 communication on what she was doing. They were AWFUL!!!!!

WOW ! What a great manager they have their i'm pretty sure his name was Sean or Shawn however you spell it...! He led me through the store and helped me in the meat department while giving me that meatloaf!!! Very helpful manager definitely needs a raise !! Terrific store overall and very clean ! Shoutout to the manager for the help today !

Horrible pharmacy, literally one guy who works there does his job. The other 3 just stand there and talk. I stood at the counter for 20mins and no one even spoke to me, I had to leave the store and go through the drive through just to get my medication.

I just moved in the area and everyone is so nice here. Then I ask someone to check for a specific product for me at this Walgreens...and without missing a beat she says I don't have that. Um, I'm sorry how do you know. You didn't even take a second to think about it or check for me. I wish I caught her name. I've worked in customer service before, she could have been less brash and more willing to just look. It's not that much of an inconvenience. Thanks for making me feel like that. Go to a different pharmacy where people treat you like a person. I can't say I know what the rest of the employees are like but this one was rude enough.

Pharmacy lady at drive they has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Instead of explaining why my order that was placed and said would be ready at 8am had to be run through the insurance, which in the end was fine, she just said WE Don’t have anything there someone behind you, you gotta go. Who does that?!?! Call pharmacy and now it will be ready at 2pm because they didn’t run insurance right. Leaving the pharmacy. Sad because people in the front of the store are great. It’s the pharmacy that just sucks now!

5 stars to the manager who was sweet but -5 to the guy in pharmacy who lives in Marshal and used to play football. I wouldn’t know this info if home boy was doing his job. Waited over an hour past my appointment time for COVID-19 vaccine whilst people who came after me with no appointment got a vaccine first.

This last visit put me over the top. Drove from UVA hospital after a surgery. Prescriptions called in at 9:45. Arrived at 11:45 and was told they were having a small problem with the insurance. Would have it ready in 10-15 minutes. Came back 25 minutes later and now they say the physicians DEA number was wrong and they can’t process it. We stayed in the drive thru while we called and had it sent in again. After getting off the phone they then said they needed the manager to be able to access it and sign off. When asked when he’d be in, they said “shortly”. When asked specifically, they said 2 pm. It was 12:30. I was now an hour past when I needed my next dose. It is now with regularity that I find they don’t fill the prescription until you arrive and the excuse they give over and over is that either it hadn’t been called in yet or insurance problem. I have found that this is their go-to. This pharmacy is absolutely awful.

Terrible customer service. I called up to check status of prescription. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes was instantly met,”we can’t fill it if we don’t have it”, with an abrupt click. At first I thought she hung up, but was met with the on hold music.I thought to myself…..ok. Then picks back up and tells me sorry we can’t fill it. Then proceeds to tell me that it hasn’t been 28 days( which it definitely has). Then tells me no prescription has been called in. Which it definitely had been. Then I tell her yes it has been 28 days and yes it has been called in. After a few moments she tells me,” oh yeah it has, and oh yes ok I see it, about an hour”. With a very untasteful attitude. I’m pretty sure Jill is who I was speaking with ,and have spoke with before. Last time very much like this time.
