Let me tell you Evan, Josh and Jade are the best assets Verizon has. Was 3 hrs from home and could not get anything more than a black screen. They would not give up trying to find a solution. I'm an older woman and was scared. No phone to call and no GPS. THEY WERE JUST THE BEST!

Me and my mom recently switched carriers to Verizon, and the employees were incredible help to the both of us, getting us set up with a plan that works out great for us and her independent business! Chris, Ira, and Anthony were incredibly helpful, and all the other employees were outstandingly kind and considerate as well!

I Have spent all day from 10 o’clock to 6 o’clock traveling from one corporate store in Manassas to another one in Leesburg All I got from them was they only sell phones and sign you up for new contracts if you have a problem you need to ring customer care All I am trying to do is find out why in the last three months I have been overcharged nearly $12,000 They just didn’t want to help One store had no management team because the manager quit the second one only had assistant manager who was unhelpful.After I left The store in Leesburg I drove to Warrington to authorized retail store spent two hours there and managed to get help and Assistance with some answers and a promise of a call back and email from Customer Service with a reference no.Conclusion if you want customer service you need to go to a non-corporate store Even if they don’t have all the access to business accounts they will do their best not try get you out of their door they have done more for Verizon than their own staff in the corporate storesI would like to thanks the staff member Ira Wayne Clohiger Jr for his outstanding customer service. He is a credit to the store.I would be happy to return to the store for any additional service

Evan was amazing. He exhibited expertise on the subject and graciously spent more than an hour helping find the best options for me. He kindly transferred all the info from my old phone to my new one. He answered all my questions with such enthusiasm and positove attitude that I even enjoyed the whole process of the purchase. Also, a healthy work environment among the coworkers was noticeable.They seemed to be helpful to one another. I left the store feeling satisfied and very grateful for the great service I received.

A great experience! The on-site tech was very helpful with the issues I was experiencing with my new Samsung Flip phone after transfer of data and apps.I have always found the staff at this store to be very friendly and helpful.

I recently stopped in to get an IPad set up that was gifted to me. Ryan K. assisted me and he was AWESOME! He was polite, personable, professional, patient, and very knowledgeable! It was a delight to work with him! Truly an exceptional young man and a true asset to Russell Cellular. In fact, every time I have gone to this particular store, every employee has been so friendly and helpful. I actually look forward to going there! They have my business for life! :) Ask for Ryan K. and you will not be disappointed!

Visited the store to switch back to Verizon & Christian was more than helpful! He made the process smooth and kept us all entertained, including telling dad jokes with my husband! Great experience for what I thought would be a long boring process!

Christian provided wonderful service! He worked diligently for hours switching me from my previous carrier over to Verizon. He kept me involved and informed with the process while the numbers were being ported over. Not only was Christian giving me his full attention, he was still greeting and directing other clients that entered the store, and assisting his colleagues as needed. I am very pleased with the service and care I received. I’m happy to be a Verizon customer!

I visited this location on 1/8/22, as I was in the market for a new phone. Juan assisted me during the entire process, from showing me different options, taking the time to understand what I needed in a phone, and finally, providing me a crash course in navigating my new phone. Juan was personable, knowledgeable, and an efficient multi-tasker, as he was able to help many other customers while my information was transferring from one phone to the other. He consistently checked back in during this process. The other associates in the store were friendly and checked in on myself and my daughter through the process as well. Very positive experience!
