Really outstanding, the best option for UPS, Fedex and USPS in Warrenton. Today I went in and they had a new 'self scan' for packages that printed out your receipts. While I will miss interacting with the staff, this was a great 'value add' for folks trying to get in/out when things are busy. Staff is always friendly and helpful a real contrast with other options (UPS) in Warrenton. Give these guys a try and you will not be disappointed.

Do not go here to get your documents scanned. I was charged $1 per page, and the documents emailed to me were so crooked that I couldn't even use it for my job application. Incredibly unprofessional work.

I am so grateful for the staff/ owners of this store. Hands down, they have the best customer service. The perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism. They were so helpful to me this past week that I will never go anywhere else for my shipping needs. Merry Christmas to you all!

The staff here at this UPS store on Liberia Ave. in Manassas is heads and shoulders above the competition! I couldn’t get my documents to fax so the gentleman automatically said “ I’ll copy these so they fax smoothly!” Came over to me and took care of everything! Then he asked do I need cover sheet? ( I had totally forgotten to ask) He then said here’s your confirmation sheet,I paid and then he said is there anything else you need?! (All the while he was taking packages and letters from two other customers but made me feel like I was his only priority!) There customer service is exemplary! Pride in service and deep knowledge of the business and so respectful to all that enter this establishment.Also on another visit 3 months ago I couldn’t get my email to print an attachment, guess what ? They recused the day, had me send my PHI securely to his email , uploaded/ scanned and printed papers and then showed me that he had deleted all my PHI !!!

This is my new mailing store. The staff is always super friendly every time I go there. They even let me bring my fur baby in. The customer service is amazing. I have not seen customer service in a business like they have in a very long time. Thank you guys and gals for the great service you provide. You rock!!!!

Found this gem while looking for a close FedEx drop off location. These guys do everything....USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL etc. It's a perfect one stop shop for my business as we deal with all the carriers. Super helpful staff and very friendly. Would highly recommend!

Such a pleasant experience here today. I came in to mail out a couple gifts to a soon to be mom and another to a brand new dad. This inflation is dreadful. The cost to send a gift is ridiculous, however the lady at this store used all her muscle power to fit my gift in the smallest box she could. It was comical and we were both laughing about it. She made it fit, which saved me $20!!! You kidding??? She helped try to print something from my thumb drive, and just spoke with me about life like we knew each other. Good people here. I really appreciated her friendliness.
