This company strung me along for 5 days. I only talked on the phone one time w/a live person, otherwise it was via text (they refused to call me back). Appointment was set then glass didn't come, then it came damaged, then the replacement didn't come, then I was finally told that they were out of stock and couldn't get it. Don't waste your time. Wouldn't even give them 1 star, but for the fact that to post this warning I had to rate something.

Great service! Were able to verify inventory over the phone, provide total price, and schedule same day at home service to replace driver window. Very friendly, showed up on time, explained everything, and didn't try to add any unnecessary services. Price was the same as quoted over the phone. Very reasonable prices. We will definitely use them again for our auto glass needs.

2 men came to fix my drivers side window of my 1999 truck. My driveway is very long and hilly. It was also totally frozen and covered in snow. I thought they would see this and say, no way see ya later. They grabbed their tools and started walking up my long long hilly driveway. Did I mention it was about 530 pm and pitch black. They started working on the window and diagnosed the problem right away. As they were working I was holding my flashlight so they could see better. As they were working I noticed what a kind special relationship they had. I’ve done a lot with my daughter and my father in my life and recognized their relationship. I said is that you Dad?
He said yes. These two men were very kind very professional and it was very nice to see a father son great relationship like theirs.
Extremely positive and rare. They told me that they would have to order a part. And the part cost would be exactly for what they get it for and there is no charge to come back out and instal it.
It was a high honor to meet these guys and they do great work.
I highly recommend them and their company

Very friendly and prompt business. They came right to the house and changed out my windshield and they were the best price around. Would definitely recommend!!

Best service ever!!! I will only use US Auto Glass for windshield repair/replacement. Ross was awesome and very responsive. They came to our home and replaced our entire windshield and did the calibration in under 1.5 hours! If you need a replacement/repair go with them!Service: Auto windshield replacement
