Some days the staff is friendly. Other days, the weird staff is working and they aren’t friendly.Today, having to ship a package, they wanted to charge me $2.50 for a piece of tape. What?!?! Come on-I realize Biden’s economy is bad, but a piece of tape? Even if they gave everyone that walked in the door, a piece of tape, it wouldn’t cost that much money as they overcharge for packing material and copies too.Customer service has left the building.

My favorite store!! Very convenient. The staff is super friendly, fast and helpful. Pam - the owner is so organized and always helping me ship my antiques. I highly recommend this store.

I’ve always had amazing experiences at this store even when the line is out the door with rude people that expect things for free, I’m still greeted with a smile or “we’ll be right with you”.

I've been using this UPS store for years. I really don't understand why people would give this place less than five stars. The people there are always friendly, they pack my stuff with care, and it arrives when they say it arrives. They're just great.

I'm so sick of this location. They are so rude everytime I go in and it's always a different person.Today for example. They wouldn't take a package and wanted to charge me $3 to reprint a label because the machine was having issues scanning it. I asked them if they could type in the tracking number and they said no!I took my package to another location and boom, no issues.I'd say this is a freak occurrence but it's everytime. I will drive out of my way before ever supporting this "local" office.

This UPS location is my favorite by far! I come in quite often and every time (no matter what day or time) there is a team member standing there waiting to help you while also greeting you with a smile. Little to no wait time!! Also the inside is always super clean and smells great!

Unfortunately, I’ve been going to this location for 3 years and continue to be disappointed. Each time you go into the store, it feels like you’re inconveniencing the staff, and usually get some kind of rude comment. I try to always smile, be friendly, and make the interaction fast by being prepared. Yesterday I got a lecture about not wanting to take my return receipt - okay, so can I then not trust UPS then to make my delivery? I plan on continuing to avoid this UPS when I can.

I always love going to this location to return packages to Amazon. I was at this location on 6/28/23. Let me tell you, there was an irate customer who was upset over pricing. These employees here have absolutely no control over that. He acted like a complete and total idiot, and proceeded to verbally abuse my favorite worker at this location Pam. She handled the situation like a champ! She never reacted and stayed calm. This man refused to leave, I could not believe how he treated her. As usual she handled the situation in a calm manner and kept her head through the entire encounter. Pam is absolutely the best and I am so very sorry this happened to her. I highly recommend this store ( only if you're sane)! Crazies please stay away.

RUDE! That’s the main reason for my 1 star! I’m so sick of being polite & smiling & treated like I am a nuisance by staff! From the moment I walked in that’s how I was treated here. I had to get 2 documents notarized & one of the ladies who was so rude I was about to walk out! The other lady, Cat, was wonderful & was the reason I didn’t leave.

I have shipped hundreds of packages through this store and have always been treated professionally and courteously by the owner and staff. This crew keeps me in business!

I returned an Amazon package that clearly stated no package or label needed and that the UPS store will print out label and repackage it free of charge, the guy (with an unfriendly attitude) there charged me 2.50 for printing out the label for the package!!! Money hungry place here imo
