I can't believe the negative reviews I'm seeing. I use this store at least once a month. Never had any problems with any of the employees. Always very fast and friendly.

This particular store is really subpar compared to others. The staff are always annoyed and act like they're doing people a favor by coming to work and they're bothered when people come in. Restore hours and policies are not even set for the convenience of customers are charging for tape while other stores don't. Need some management overhaul.

Truly horrible business. Owner seems to have been 'sentenced to run a UPS Store.' So many other great UPS Options in Warrenton and area, with friendly and appreciative staff. Don't put up with this shoddy service, and someone's erratic moods. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I am sure they will post a response - We care so much about our customers and value them ..... don't let that chatbot fool you, they don't care at all about you our your business. Sort for all the 1 Star Reviews and you will see how bad they really are. I plan to send a letter to UPS Store Corporate, they should give this franchise to someone who actually cares about their customers...

My local UPS store is often staffed by grumpy people who barely look up when you come in. This location is open, friendly, and cheerful. They know their jobs and do them very well. It’s worth driving farther for the customer service!

Had to have a package returned. I was out running errands and stopped at this store. Amy and Kat greeted me and helped me get my package returned with out any issues. I am a hospitality manager , they have excellent customer service. Will now go out of my way and use this location for all my shipping needs

Staff is very rude. They scoffed at me when I tried returning something for my dad and he didn’t package it well (putting two labels on the box). They gave me the option to return anyway like that, but they were acting as if I were stupid and a nuisance to them. Place smells bad too.

I've gone to the store a few times now for shipping and they're always very friendly. Amy and Kat are both easy to get along with and bring a smile to my face. It's hard sometimes being customer facing and they make it look so easy.

While doing a favour for a friend, trying to return an item bought on amazon that needed to go back to china...the staff not only helped me determine the address was no good, but provided me with an elusive amazon customer service number to help sort it out.

So I went to mail a package and it was an odd shape, weighed like 2 lbs. I knew it wasn't going to be cheap to ship. So the clerk look at it like it was a something from outer space. She measures it a few times. Goes in back, comes out measures it again. Says let me give you an estimate. I give here the zip code which is a 3 1/2 hr drive one way from Warrenton. She then says "Why don't you just drive there?". Needless to say I've been going to this store since it's probably been open. That'll be my last time doing business there. Just do your job and don't be lazy.

This is my to go UPS store. Everyone is so nice and very friendly. They great you with a smile and are very respectful of their customers no matter what race, religion or color you are. They’re very helpful. Thank you kudos to you all! You all are the best!!!!
