I was helped by a young, woman who works at Warrenton Ulta. I asked for her to help me choose a lip liner and tinted gloss combination look. She took the time to even go in the back and find the color I was asking about. She was SO kind and although I’m 39, I don’t know much about makeup. ( her makeup was lovely so I figured she knows her stuff. Lol ) Long story short, I went home and my husband of 13 years told me my lipstick looked so beautiful and he literally said it was “the best color on me I’ve ever used”!!! I WISH I knew her name to say thank you, but really everyone I’ve over spoken to At Warrenton Ulta is helpful, kind, and make you feel welcome. Thanks Warrenton Ulta!

So I had a haircut scheduled a few days in advance and had been very much looking forward to it. I show up ten minutes before my appointment to be told by the woman behind the counter that my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to an injury. Now I do hope this is the case and I very much hope the stylist is okay but to have no other people on as a backup and to be told I’d have to cancel or reschedule? Also the stylist wasn’t already there at the salon ten minutes prior to my appointment? Seems weird to me. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back. The two stars is for the actual store that is always nice to visit. No stars for the salon.

I have found my favorite store!! They have an unbelievable selection, which makes for fun spending time finding new favorite products. And the store manager (Amaria) is amazing!! She is extremely knowledgeable about every product and has a special ability to match the perfect product to customer- a truly gifted individual and a pleasure to meet!

This store is always clean and pretty well stocked when I visit. My daughter was assisted by Grace yesterday who was very friendly, helpful, and professional in helping her find a good shade of concealer!

All the employees were so helpful and kind and while I shopped at ulta my kids went to five below which was right next door and that was super helpful

I've only ever been here once (November 2022). I came in one afternoon with my coworker after a shift, and we felt judged the whole time because we were bare faced & casually dressed for warmth. We were treated like we didn't belong there. How awful! The few associates who did attempt to interact with us (the others couldn't be bothered & just scowled from afar) mostly acted like we were trying to steal - utterly ridiculous. Both of us were browsing the store for a while because we are infrequent shoppers & unfamiliar with the store layout. The only nice person I encountered was an associate in the perfume department who helped me when I was having trouble sampling one of the perfumes. She's the only reason I'm giving a 2-star review. The cashier simply tolerated us because we were buying something. I don't want to go back to any Ulta store because when looking at other reviews, this seems to be a bigger company problem, not isolated to any one store. Your associates need to drop their holier than thou attitudes & work on their people skills.

Workers grouped together at the entrance yet no one greeted me. They were talking amongst themselves. I walked around looking for a product and I didn’t even bother to ask. As I was walking out, someone was walking in and they were greeted. Don’t feel comfortable enough to come back. Ulta is great, staff not so much.

Love my Warrenton Ulta! Come often and spend a lot. :). During my last visit, I needed help with a perfume. Natalya was nearby and came over right away. She located the tester for me and inquired if I have any other questions. She was super friendly and super helpful. Thank you!
