Amazing customer service! Cindy, Tim, Nadine, and Lisa are all absolutely wonderful to work with. They are the most helpful employees and the service is great and consistent all around. You walk in and you're instantly greeted. On top of that they are personable, which really makes a difference. You don't find that kind of service anywhere anymore! Thanks y'all!

Well, if I had checked the reviews before stopping here I would have went somewhere else. Certainly not a welcome feeling from anyone but Ms. Nadine. If I could give her 5 stars I would. Polite and respectful, tried to answer my questions but was cut off multiple times as if she weren’t allowed to speak to me. As a new resident of Fauquier County, I absolutely WONT consider using this bank as my family and I lay down our roots here. Thanks for the outrageously huge effort to exchange cash into quarters, I guess.

There was a time when these folks would have easily been a 4-star or 5-star organization; however, those days are long since gone. As others have noted, the staff is incredibly friendly and makes an effort to call customers by name. But, SCB's policies, systems, and customer service (online and via phone) have become absolutely dreadful!Their online banking system is clunky, dated, and disjointed. It has quite a few flaws and they never get around to addressing them. I gave up a long time ago on pointing out issues they have that cause problems with Quicken, as I realized I was just wasting my time. You either get no response, or something incredibly dismissive. When you click on their online BillPay system, it opens up a whole new tab. Other institutions that use the exact same BillPay system don't have this problem. And that's if you do this online. Using their BillPay system via their mobil app is virtually hopeless. It's actually easier to log into their online system on your phone and use the full website - not the mobil version - for BillPay (which is extremely painful) than it is to do it via the app. Additionally, you can't even open an account on their online system; you have to go into the office. Other institutions where you have an existing account can create one with just a click or two on their online systems. SCB needs to get their systems out of the 2000's and into the 2020's!Summit also has some of the outright most ludicrous policies with some of their accounts, too. For example, if you have an Advantage Savings account, they pay X% interest for balances under $25K. But, if you go so much as one penny over that $25K, they pay (X-Y)% - a SIGNIFICANTLY lower amount - on the ENTIRE balance. We literally saw our monthly interest go down to less than 10% of what it when we increased the balance 6-fold. That's downright criminal! And, they could not possibly care less when you bring it to their attention.Nice people, but absolutely awful to deal with! I hate big banks. That's why I like to use smaller community banks or credit unions. But, if you're in the Warrenton area, you'll be much happier with Oak View than Summit. I can guarantee this from personal experience.

This is my favorite bank, ever. Everyone knows my first name. I have no idea what my account number is (doesn't matter). They treat me like a friend and I love coming here.

Opened an account this morning and came back later in the day to make a deposit only to discover that they would place a hold on the funds even after verifying their availability. Regional manager was the most unprofessional, non customer service oriented individual ever. Will not be doing business here in the future.
