Only 1 person working. 6 people waiting to be helped, and the "system" was down.I went to Manassas, and I was taken care of as soon as I walked in the door.

Great experience! We went there to set up a phone with a new line and we had great experience. Both Zachary and the store manager were helpful and courteous with customer service in mind. We will be back for sure.

Have not been able to help me out for 3 days. Came in Sunday but “management isn’t here, come back tomorrow when manager is here”. Came back Monday (today) and the “system is down, sorry”. This location has problems that should be addressed ASAP. Not satisfied with the way they run things.

I've been nursing my busted up Galaxy S9 along, with packing tape on the screen to keep glass out of my fingers, for the past year or 2. Finally, a drop face down in the gravel rendered the touch screen almost unusable, with just enough function to keep me thinking it'd work "enough" to get by. After 10 minutes of composure for 4 word texts that looked like riddles, I finally had to throw in the towel.Corey & Katherine at the Warrenton store were phenomenal helping me get my new phone set up & everything switched over, despite even having to resort to plugging a mouse into the old, battle weary S9 to use the screen. They were both very knowledgeable, helpful, & had a great sense of humor as we laughed at the adventures of the S9 & the trials it faced.Thanks Corey & Katherine!! You made the task that I had been dreading into a fun, positive experience.

Worst service! Sat there waiting 30 mins with 2 employees and then 15mins before noon, one of the employees just walked past us saying “just so you know, we have an appointment at noon” not anything about sorry for the wait, we’ll be right with you, nothing. Basically saying we don’t have time fore you. We got up and left. So rude! Corporate will find out about this as well!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was told if I buy a screen protector that is almost 50$ it would get replaced multiple times after coming back in AND they would put it on no problem. There were apparently stipulations that I had not met even though I just bought the phone last week. Simple fix that could have been done for my situation but was not and the demeanor of the management was very mightier than thow. I recommend that you don't buy anything other than your phone. And don't let the bigger guy sell you false promises.

This place is a waist of time . I have been told twice I cannot be helped there even though I am a T Mobile acount holder. The staff did not even ask or touch phones . They hardly looked up from there phones and stated we can't help you. Rudest costomer service I have seen .

They are not interested in helping you here unless you are buying a new phone or becoming a new customer. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years and had an issue with my phone that I had been working with customer service over the phone to fix. Customer service decided to send me a replacement phone. I told them at the time that the back of my phone had a crack in it. They said it was OK, and they shipped it to this store. I went to pick it up after I was notified that it had arrived. They refused to exchange my phone because of the crack in the back that I had mentioned to Customer Service. The front screen was not damaged at all and the phone was in working condition. Thanks for nothing. They just wanted me to get a new phone.

The employees here are the most pleasant and very helpful.I went in right before close, both Zachary and Casey got the service I needed finished up right before the store closed for the day without any issue.

Had a great experience at this T-Mobile store in Warrenton. Switched plans from another carrier after many years. Casey the manager was great! He walked us through the plans and got us transitioned without any glitch. Casey and his team were great to answer some follow-up questions I had.

The employees know very little about their products. When I asked about the complications I've experienced with the new T-Mobile SIM card I was told to call an 800 number.
