Horrible service. Always messes up my husband hair cut. But the lady's there love to say they been doing this for 27 year. Yet my husband comes home to his head all patched up missing spot. He rather just leave then have them fix it and mess it up more. Now he fixing his own hair and making it even. Because you guys are lazy and don't do it right the first time. I'm not the type to leave bad reviews but this time I had to. My husband always tries to give you guys a chance and every time he ends up disappointing him. For sure he not going back to this shop. Just some honest feedback.

Went in here after a botched haircut at another shop in town and Paula knew immediately what was wrong just by looking at the mess on my head. She took me over to the chair and got to work, immediately making me feel better about what was a pretty awful experience elsewhere. Not only that but she actually went above and beyond by touching it up with more than just the simple fix I needed. I'll be back here next time I need a cut. Thank you!

My hair was butchered. I have had bad haircuts before but this far and beyond takes the cake. I even asked the stylist if she thought she was finished. I will not be coming back or recommending this establishment. Please stop messaging me.

So my kid age 12 went here Saturday got a crooked hair cut everything is uneven he dont complain I should of but I did not want him to feel ashamed but you all can do better a kid sitting in the seat should be treated the same as a adult not a 8 min haircut i came here cause he received a decent cut from a different stylists but the cut today is horrible uneven sides uneven tops I feel I could cut better then what she did.Service: Haircut

If I could give more stars I would. My four year old niece has been BEGGING for a mohawk for months. We went to hair cuttery and the absolute judgement and nasty looks we got had us change our mind about giving them our business. On a whim I called sport clips.Let me just say Monique(Momo) was absolutely AMAZING. Super supportive, attentive, and kind. She didn't even bat an eye when the buzzer was making my niece nervous and talked her through the whole experience. We walked out of there with the happiest four year old I've ever seen. We will definitely be returning and you've got customers for life. Thank you for providing such a positive experience as we teach my niece it's totally okay to express herself however she wants. You ROCK.

I was the last customer of the day and the stylist worked quickly on my hair, which I didn’t mind as I understood they were closing soon. However, she cut shorter than requested and when I got in my car, I noticed a bald spot on the side of my head where she scalped me with a guardless clipper. I went across the street to Hair Cuttery where the manager tried to blend the mistake but she also noticed my neckline was crooked and one side of my head was cut shorter than the other and commented she couldn’t believe Sport Clips would let me leave looking like that. Ireached out to corporate to share my experience and was told the salon would reach out to me but they never did.I definitely recommend heading to Hair Cuttery instead and booking with Ivory, her customer service and passion were the only thing that made Sport Clips’ mistake better.Service: Haircut
