I've bought from safford in the past and was pleased with my experience there is why I went back 10 years later to purchase another vehicle. The used truck i had purchased had some issues after a couple of months and the sales Manager took the matter in his own hand and made things right. I give props the team at safford dodge to make things right. I now have a brand new truck . Thanks again to David Black sales manager. If your looking to purchase go see the team. Thanks to Nick the salesman for taking care of my truck getting it ready for me in the pouring down rain and thunderstorm.

Took my truck to Stafford Dodge of Warrenton for an alignment and upon paying and picking it up the before was all green so it didn’t need an alignment at all. I spoke to the service technician and asked why they charged me for an alignment if it was all green and didn’t need it. He looked at the before and after numbers and said “well just pulling it on the rack counts as an alignment” so $235 for an alignment that was not needed and given that answer. That’s horrible customer service to charge a customer for a service they didn’t need.

Amazing people and service. There are 2 other places much closer to my house but I travel 1 hour every time to this dealership to get my car serviced because they are so accommodating and helpful.

Despite living an hour away and having two other Jeep dealerships less than 10 minutes from my home, I have been a dedicated customer at Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Warrenton since 2013. Dropped my truck off MondayAm for a service appt. Check engine light on. It going into Thursday now. Called twice on Tuesday. Called twice on Thursday. The service advisor said each time let me check and I will call you back. Today at noon he said I will call you back in an hour. Never have I received a call back. I can only assume they have never even looked at it. In the market for a new truck. Guess where I wont be buying it from???

I have bought numerous cars from dealerships and Safford of Warrenton is by far the best! Nick was patient. Not the typical pushy stereotype salesman. Jeeps were not even on our top 5 choices but with Nick's patience we feel we got the best deal overall. Thank you Nick you are the best. The gentlemen that handled us getting loan approval and the one who did our paperwork, Sam, were as nice as could be. If it wasn't for these 3 men we would have walked without buying.

I had been looking for a new truck for 6 months and found one at Safford of Warrenton on a Thursday night. I submitted a request for availability and received a call from Nick at 9am Friday morning. By 1130 we negotiated a price that was fair for everyone and the deal was done. I showed up at the dealership at 830am Saturday as this was an out of state purchase, and was on my way home by 11am. The finance process was automated and painless, Omar was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed speaking to him while the paperwork was going through. Nick otherwise known as “Jon Boat” was fantastic. He made sure everything was quick and accurate. He reached out the next day to see how the return trip was and thanked me again for my business. I will absolutely give this dealership my business again in the future.
