I checked in 03/18/2024, I stayed in room 126 Very Disappointing Disgusting Room. I was woken up out of my sleep to find myself being eaten alive by bed bugs, as I can see there has been complaints of bed bugs that have been left unattended. I am currently in works of filing a lawsuit on the

Went to stay here pulled the blanket back a live German cockroach fell out. I do pest control for a living so I know exactly what it was also the owner was very rude after I denied to stay do not stay here .....

It's not the Hilton but it's clean and the location is near everything you need within walking distance, prices aren't bad either ?...good place to go if you're in need of weekly rates also.

We have stayed here from January 2021 thru the end of June 2021 and our stay here was always pleasant. The motel manager and owners were very nice and caring, especially to my son who loved the motel as well. The gentleman that was there at night was very nice and always checked on us before leaving for the night. Best motel and awesome workers there. Love to go back one day to at least stay a weekend.

My first of 4 nights were not good at all First I stood up front forever waiting on the man. Who came in and told me to get out. I had my face mask on the mientire time. He goes to a window and I gave him my name. And he seemed to have got pissed of cause one the room they reserved for me was room 101 I end up in 126 which wasnt a problem the room was clean it had 2 beds and no bedbugs. The man seemed angry cause I had people helping people had paid for my room. He continued to be very nasty and threatened to report me if I didnt follow the rules. On day 2 they moved us to room 115. Because they claimed that someone had reserved our room. Which no one did I checked myself personally. He walks up to my husband both times and on my last night of sleeping in a room that smelled like a cat had urinated in it. He walks up to my husband and says "you gotta get out of that room at 11 in the morning no more stay in that room its booked already and you have the door open with air conditioning on. " when we got from the store they had went in my room to cut the air conditioning off. I was 95 degrees and with the heat index it felt like 101. They had no right to turn anything off in my room while I was gone. The man needs to be fired if I new the name of the owner and had away to get intouch with him I would. He is very very nasty man. Oh and I forgot to mention that myself and my husband are both disabled. And please dont call and ask for the free wifi password he will yell at you it's the same as the name and hang up on you. I will never ever give this business or time ever again. I am reporting them to somebody. I dont know if he doesn't like us because were black or because the nice people at php paid for a room for us until we move in our apartment on Monday.Welcher-Smith
